These units are two duplex style homes and there are two of them side by side. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and can be rented together or separate, each unit sleeps up tp 10 and all sleep up to 40 or more, perfect for large groups or families or just one unit for a small group or family, you rent whatever you need.
The bottom unit has a screen porch that has a picnic table, another has a deck with grill and the top units have set out decks and all have nice big fully furnished kitchens.One unit has no stairs and is easy to get around in.
The beach is less than 500 yards away and no major street to cross to get there. The Chesapeake Bay is perfect for children because of the calm waters and adults who don't like crowds! There is plenty of parking and a beautiful landscaped yard for your family cookouts and even a wedding. The units can be rented separately or together for large groups.
