Our fully renovated condo is located mid-island within the 24-hour gated community of Hilton Head Resort. We have included numerous renovations such as tile floors, crown molding, remote-controlled ceiling fans, coordinated decor, TV/DVD in bedrooms, 32" flat screen TV/DVD in living room and comfortable mattresses. There is a master bedroom with a private bath, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and living room with a sleeper sofa. Dining room table seating for up to six is available. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your meals "at home" with all the pots/pans and utensils available - we've even included a George Foreman grill!
You'll find beach chairs, sand toys and a beach buggy to transport all your gear to the beach.
You have many numerous vacation choices right within the resort property. There are two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, six lighted tennis courts (no additional fees), fitness equipment, indoor jogging track, picnic area with grills and a beautiful, uncrowded beach! Other Resort amenities/conveniences include a resort operated shuttle ride (seasonal) to the beach via the property's private boardwalk, a poolside restaurant/convenience store and an in-season beachside bar/grill (with restrooms) with a sand volleyball court.
