Nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee and located in the Willows at Twin Cove Marina Resort, a new resort with 2 pools, basketball court and full service marina with restaurant, lounge, and ice cream shop. Norris Lake is one of the cleanest lakes, if not the cleanest, in the TVA system. Twin Cove Marina is the closest marina to the I-75, just 30 minutes North of Knoxville and a little over an hour from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Live music at the Marina on weekends. Family friendly environment. The unit is a brand new end unit, a 3 story townhome and is newly furnished. The kitchen contains all new Whirlpool appliances and quartz countertops. The Unit has a large 2 car garage, hardwood floor on main level, natural gas fireplace and grill, and the master bedroom has its own deck overlooking Norris Lake. All furnishings are also brand new. Interior decorating is contining. Master Bedroom has King bed and private balcony overlooking lake. Master Bath has jacuzi tub and shower with 4 body spray jets. Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed, and third Bedroom has a Queen bed and a day bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Ground floor contains 2 car garage. Newly added, multi use game room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Great room for children on ground level. Peak season is from May 15-Sep 15; rates are $375/night
Fishing and fall color season is from March 1- May 15 and Sep 15-Oct
30; rates are $250/night
Tennesse sales and lodging tax not included in rates.
