This tranquil beach cottage is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Pacific Beach. Pull into your off street parking spot and you won't have to drive again! Everything you need is in the rentals and within walking distance.
The vacation rental is also equipped with bikes, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and a barbeque. This is a great convenience and a big cost saver. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, a few changes of clothes and you and your family are prepared to enjoy everything that Pacific Beach and San Diego has to offer.
The Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay are just a few blocks away. You can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, sail, water-ski or just relax and enjoy the great year round climate of San Diego.
Downtown Pacific beach is only four blocks away. Within the coastal beach community of Pacific Beach you will find everything you may need while on your vacation. There is an wide range of restaurants, markets, fitness centers, farmers markets, specialty shops, convenience stores, a post office, banks, drug stores, jet ski and sailboat rentals, coffee shops, drinking establishments, internet cafes and more. Downtown San Diego is a ten Minute drive, Sea World is five minutes away and the world famous beaches of La Jolla are also just five minutes North of the vacation rental.
The interior of the rental is very nice. Its recently remodeled interior is completely upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances and tasteful tile and wood floors. The unit also has a plasma TV, wireless internet access, a DVD player, some DVDs to watch and both local cable channels and satellite TV with a DVR.
If you're looking for a place that is centrally located but, also offers a comfortable, quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day, this is it. This unit is perfect for couples and small families. The vacation unit has everything to make you feel at home.

Winter rates September 12,2009-May 28,2010 $850/week.

Refundable Security/damage Deposit $250.
10.5% City Tax for stays less than 1 month.

I moved to San Diego in 1985 not necessarily to stay. Because of its wonderful beaches and diverse activities to explore, I decided to make it my home.
You may not be ready to relocate or move here quite yet, but you will certainly have a great opportunity to experience a lot of what San Diego has to offer when staying at my rental.
