This tranquil beach cottage is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood in North Pacific Beach. Pull into your off street parking spot and you won't have to drive again! Everything you need is in the rental and within walking distance.
The vacation rental is equipped with bikes, boogie boards, chairs, a cooler, beach towels, umbrellas and a barbeque. This is a great convenience and a big cost saver. There is also a fold-out futon or air mattress for small families/parties over two. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, a few changes of clothes and you and your family are prepared to enjoy everything that Pacific Beach and San Diego has to offer.
The Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay are just a few blocks away. You can swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, kayak, sail, water-ski or just relax and enjoy the great year round climate of San Diego.
Downtown Pacific beach is only four blocks away. Within the coastal beach community of Pacific Beach you will find everything you may need while on your vacation. There is an wide range of restaurants, markets, fitness centers, farmers markets, specialty shops, convenience stores, a post office, banks, drug stores, jet ski and sailboat rentals, coffee shops, drinking establishments, internet cafes and more. Downtown San Diego is a ten Minute drive, Sea World is five minutes away and the world famous beaches of La Jolla are also just five minutes North of the vacation rental.
The interior of the rental is very nice. Its recently remodeled interior is completely upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances and tasteful tile and wood floors. The unit also has a high definition flat screen T.V. with an expanded channel selection, wireless internet access, a DVD player and a small DVD library all connected to the stereo system.
If you're looking for a place that is centrally located but, also offers a comfortable, quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day, this is it. This unit is perfect for couples and small families. The vacation unit has everything to make you feel at home.

North Pacific Beach is a beautiful and unique beach town in San Diego that has it all. The ocean is close and downtown Pacific Beach is just a five minute walk away. Your mornings can be spent relaxing at home or out enjoying the fresh ocean air. There a great selection of coffee shops to walk to in the morning. After enjoying a full day outside there is multiple locations to stroll into town for dinner. You really don't have to ever leave Pacific Beach to have a great vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
The convenience of this properties location is unbeatable. Everything that one might desire while on vacation is within a short distance. Whether it is just relaxing at the beach, going to world famous Seaworld, or out on the town in Downtown San Diego it is all just minutes away. San Diego is really easy to get around and everything you would like to do is 15-30 minutes or less away from the rental by car.

We had a great time at this location. The place was clean, plenty of towels, and the kitchen had all of the amentities (coffee maker, toaster oven, etc). Also the Free Wifi was perfect, and the TV and DVD player was easy to operate and came in handy with the kids. The neighbors were pleasant and the 3 minute walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. Plus, the bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella ALL came in handy. All in all, a great time. The kids enjoyed their stay as well! We will be back.. Eric

My husband, teenage son and I stayed here for a week in July 2011 and it was wonderful. The location is terrific and the cottage looks as good in the pictures as it does in person. It was very clean with up-to-date amenities. Having the linens(including beach towels), beach chairs, bikes and cooler already that was a huge help as we traveled from the east coast and would not have been able to bring all of those things. The gas grill and the off street parking place were nice bonuses. The owner was friendly and helpful. We all had a great stay and would highly recommend this cozy, clean, well-equipped place.

We had such a beautiful stay here in San Diego. We loved Pacfic Beach, La Jolla, Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo. We discovered Coronado Island and point Loma, both wonderful spots. But what we enjoyed the most are the magnificient sunsets viewed from Crystal Pier. The rental was our "homeaway from home." Clean and well furnished it offers all the necessary amenties. The area is relatively quiet and the neighbors were very kind to us and particularly our two young daughters. Like your famous state governor would say hopefully one day "we'll be back"!

Having rented condos thru-out San Diego County over the past 5 years, we have to say this is one of the cleanest. The location is perfect, just far enough away from the beach rowdiness, but a quick walk to the beach. If circumstances bring us back to S.D.we will be in touch.
