This Condo is amazing! Perfect in size, location EVERYTHING! We went up for the weekend to go snowboarding and celebrate our Bdays! The condo is centrally located to EVERYTHING you could possibly do while in Mammoth. And the heater worked fine!! We couldn't figure it out, but all we had to do was call the property manager who is readily available and he came down and fixed it for us instantly. He was very nice and helpful!!! The condo comes furnished with EVERYTHING you need for your getaway. So you don't have to pack much. The kitchen is fully stocked! The rooms were clean, spacious and came sleep ready with warm comforters, pillows, even extra blankets and pillows! The bathrooms were stocked with towels even toilet paper (we didn't even think about bringing that and when we saw it was all stocked up we thought "thank goodness"). The place is great and the owner is awesome! He was very prompt with responding when booking his place and even went out of his way to order the Mayweather Cotto fight for us so we were able to enjoy watching it at the condo. We even took advantage of playing with the games that were provided! This was a perfect pick in every way and if your looking for a deal with a 5 star rating this is the place to go! Look no further!

The property was just as pictured and the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. PROS: Very specious Full kitchen Beautiful view Next to park Convenient location- close to ski runs and shops/restaurants CONS: Heating is not adequate and we were cold the entire state. The heating unit with pellets only works if you are standing next to it. There were no sheets on the bunk beds and the kids had to sleep with comforters only which I am sure were not changed prior to our arrival. The owner was very helpful with all information, clear instructions, and helpful ideas about our stay. I would recommend this property to friends.
Owner response:Unfortunately, the heating issue this renter experienced was user error. In case of any issues related to the condo, including heating, I provide 24/7 property management assistance. These renters did not contact myself or the property manager (who lives 2 doors down) to ensure proper use of the pellet stove. All renters before and after have had no heating issues. In regards to the sheets on the bunk bed, house cleaning may have missed it, however, the renters should have contacted myself or property management and we would have taken care of it immediately.

Our party had 10 adults and we picked this condo because of the amount of beds and the great price. Upon arrival everything was as advertised. The floor plan was great with the master downstairs and the bedrooms and loft upstairs. The living space was great with a large and comfortable sectional that seated all of us. The pellet stove pumped out more than enough heat and added a nice ambiance. The kitchen had every utensil and appliance you could dream of. The water heater provided hot water for about 3 adults and then needed 20-30 minutes to reheat but that was expected. Our group ended up with 4 cars at the complex and parking was easy and close to the unit. Also close to the unit was the amazing hot tub that was large and very hot. The onsite property manager was friendly and fast. We had him over once to clean the ash from the pellet stove. The owner Damon was great during the entire rental process. Having the key box at the door made the rental process even better, we hate having to drive to a leasing office to get keys. In all we would certainly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a clean, updated, large condo in a good location for a great price. Pro's -Price -The # of beds and rooms -Floor plan -Updated -View -Location to everything including the red-line bus stop Con's -Both toilets needed to be leveled and tightened as they rocked a little each time you sat down Thanks Damon for a great rental experience!!!

My family went to Mammoth for our yearly vacation. There were 6 of us and we had a wonderful time. The condo was wonderful and accomodated all of us with ease. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The location if fantastic and close to restaurants, bars, the airport, grocery store and of course the mountain. It only took me 20 minutes to get fromt he condo to the top of the mountain! The condo was clean and very well taken care of. I would definately recommend the condo to our friends as well as stay again. Thank you Damon!

There were 4 adults and 1 teen on our trip. It was very comfortable for all of us. The sofa and dining table was big enough to seat all of us at one time. It was clean and inviting. Very appealing. We hope to return again soon. I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends!

My friends and I recently stayed at this beautiful, comfortable condo and were wowed by the plush beds, plenty of room to sit 10 in the living room, and kitchen stocked with every plate and gadget you could possibly need. Parking was convenient, as was the shuttle to/from the mountain and Mammoth village. We did have the misfortune of arriving very late on a sub-zero night with no heat on in the condo and couldn't get the pellet stove working, but the property manager was very responsive when I called, and the owner was more than understanding and reasonable to work out compensation for the extra-chilly night. Despite the cold start to our stay, my friends and I agreed this is a place worth coming back to time and again and I appreciate the owner's willingness to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

This was a beautiful condo. EVERYTHING we needed was there. BEAUTIFUL view from balcony.....very rare in Mammoth especially for the price we paid. The kids enjoyed playing in the snow just out back (you can see this area from kitchen and living room windows) and walking to playground and stream. The layout was great and comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 3 children. We prepared a complete Thanksgiving dinner and we were not short on dishes or utensils. I kept telling my husband how nice it was to be able to use dishes and silverware for all the meals and not run out of anything. We didn't have to hand wash dishes in between meals even with our large group. The owner Damon is so nice and was available during our stay by phone to answer any questions we had. All in all, we had one of our best trips ever to Mammoth and we will definitely be returning......hopefully next year!

This condo is as advertised - well outfitted, quiet, clean, close to lots of amenities and close enough to walk to local shops. We loved the layout, and the fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus for making meals together and packing lunches for day outings. The condo developer shorted the unit on a little space in the bathrooms, but the bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfy! We had 6 adults and no clashes for space. When we looked at getting hotel rooms versus sharing this condo, this condo won hands down! Great value for your money and we will definitely book again if it's available.

This was a great condo to stay in. It was very clean and well-appointed and close to everything! My niece and nephew especially loved spending time at the park, which is located directly behind the condo. They also really enjoyed swimming in the pool! There was room enough for everybody without feeling like we were crowded in. The home is well-cared for and the photos posted are current and show exactly how the home looks. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Our family and another couple, loved your condo. It was clean, updated and in a great location. Literally a 2 min walk to the play park, creek and the walking/bike path made ir so easy for us to do things with the kids. In fact my 10 year caught her first fish at the creek this year. The condo is walking distance to the Vons shopping center and The Stove. We are hoping to return to the same condo next summer for our annual visit. Also, we loved the fact that we did not have ot check in at a office location to get the condo key as owner uses a coded "lock box" to obtain the condo key. Very convenient. Thanks for a great visit. My husband and I recently stayed at this condo this past weekend with a group of friends (9 adults and 1 child). The condo was very nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Prior to our stay, Damon, was very responsive to all of my questions/emails and really helped facilitate the coordination of our trip. He was very attentive to details regarding the condo and the area; all of the information and maps that he provided us with prior to our arrival were extremely useful. I highly recommend this condo to others who are looking for a “home” away from home!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was just as advertised - clean, well furnished, quiet, and nice decor. It had EVERYTHING! The wood pellet stove is cozy, easy and clean. Plentiful parking. The condo is 2 stories with 1 den area with TV upstairs and 1 den area with TV and wood stove downstairs. So this made it very nice with the kids since we could put on a kids show upstairs and play games with the adults downstairs. Damon, the owner, provided quick, reliable communication and even let us check in early. Would rent again without hesitation.

Up on our arrival, the condo was pretty hard to find, maybe because we arrived at night time. The interior is very nice, everything inside is listed above. The kitchen got all the supplies needed. The balcony has a nice view. All the rooms are nice and clean modern looking just like the pictures. We had no problems at all. Owner is very nice, he called to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was my friends and I first time to Mammoth and it was awesome. We all had a blast. Thanks to the owner for a great place for us to stay. Btw, there are enough heaters in each room to keep you warm and cozy if you're staying in the winter.

Our experience at this condo was amazing. All the rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Bathrooms were perfect with lots of hot water. Livingroom was extreme comfortable and hospitable. Kitchen was fully stocked with amenities of your own home. The guests I brought with me are regulars to Mammoth and said that they have stayed a lot of places but none of them had been as nice as this one, which made me feel really good about doing the ground work to find this condo. Damon the owner was amazing. He made me feel comfortable contacting him with any question and was very helpful. I loved it and can't wait to return to Mammoth!!!

This is our second year up to mammoth for our trip and I must say, for our group size, this place was perfect!! its located within a 5 min walk to the red line shuttle, and the TV...is awesome. Damon was awesome and very understanding (given the white out conditions on our check out day and let us check out a little later). The only draw back I can think of was that the fireplace didn't really give off any heat...and the guest storage was, well filled with stuff so we couldn't store our snowboards in there. But no biggy, we just wiped them all down. Would definitely recommend this place!
Owner response:Thanks for the feedback David! The brand new fireplace pellet heat stove installed in early December apparently had an issue with a part. Since your stay, I called the installer out and he replaced that part. The new fireplace pellet heat stove is now pumping out great, continuous heat. The guest storage closet is currently storing supplies from the recent floor remodel we completed in early december, so the closet will definitely be cleared out soon.

This condo is perfect for 10 people to sleep comfortably. The location is a convenient 5 minute walk from the nearest shuttle stop for the mountain. The owner provided good customer service by being prompt and concise with any questions or concerns. The condo was very clean, well-maintained, and provided all amenities accurately. Although mother nature prevented us from our main purpose of snowboarding, we had a blast at the condo with the board games and sleds provided. We will definitely stay here again for future mammoth trips.

We were two families of four, with one 6 year old, one teenager and two grand parents, and everybody enjoyed the property and the surroundings, there was something to do for everybody. The condo was nice and comfortable, plenty of room for all of us, the kids enjoyed the pool and the park that is very close. I especially enjoyed the running ( biking or walking) trail that starts about a minute walk from the condo. The view from the trail is amazing and I will miss my morning run and breath of freash air. We would definetelly go back. And also, thanks Damon, for being so nice and answering all my questions.

looking for an affordable place that accommodates 10 people is not easy! so when i came across this listing, i automatically jumped on it. Damon was very nice and helpful in answering any questions i had. convenience is key..markets, restaurants, the village are nearby, and the shuttle to the lifts is right outside the complex. damon was also generous enough to extend our checkout at the last minute, without any extra charge! now that's customer service!! thanks for making our vacation a wonderful one!

I have been going to Mammoth for 15 years and I have never had the owner call me to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. The owner alone impressed me. Then comes the condo. It was very nice and spacious, even for 10 guys. Satelite TV, DVD player, iPod connections and flat screen TVs made the place that much better. Place was clean and organized. The only complaint I have is that there were no trash bags, not enough towels and not enough toilet paper. These are minor complaints and can be fixed easily. I will definately contact Mr. Frank again to use his condo in the future.

like a giant hug, this place is a warm, clean, cozy place to have stayed during our four day get away. from the decor to the lighting the ambiance in this place makes you feel instantly at ease. such a sense of home here, i've never felt like this aside from when i actually am home. damon the owner is prompt, thorough and informative, such a pleasure to interact with. if only all business could be conducted this way the world would be a better place. so many great memories were created here and we look forward to spending EVERY mammoth trip winter and summer in this wonderful place. whatta treat. if you're looking for a reasonably priced run for your money would have actually paid more to stay here kind of place place, then look no more cause you've found it

My family and I enjoyed staying at this condo and I would recommend anyone interested in a large condo to go with this one. The bedrooms and living room are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal though the dinning table is a bit small. Overall, the condo is very comfortable and a great bargain for the size, comfort and great views. We would definitely choose to stay here for any future trips.

The condo was great! It was clean, centrally located, and had a great view! Damon was an excellent host. WOW...the place is wonderful and has absolutely everything that we need for a 3 days in Mammoth - immaculately clean, very chic and modern furnitures, and all the miscellaneous stuffs (coffee, seasoning, popcorn, dishwasher soap etc...)which we usually have to buy at the groceries store or pack with us. SUPER WOW to the owner...such a nice guy and so so accomodating. We had a flat-tire and could not make it to the home the first day we rent, but he accommodated us to a consecutive day without any hassels. We all have a wonderful time, and we hope to come back and stay at Damon's place next time.

I absolutely loved this condo. We rented it for my sister's engagement. It was exactly what I expected. There is tons of room and all the appliances and rooms are modern and comfortable. There is also a red line bus stop right in front that took me all over the city. :) It was very convenient.

This condo made my stay at Mammoth a very memorable one. The owner was wonderful to deal with and answered all my questions pre-booking almost instantly! I've never had service like this before. It truely had the personal touch. The condo itself was very comfortable and was able to fit 10+ people. I plan on booking again every winter at the same place. Needless to say the place was very clean. I loved it!

This place is gorgeous!! We stayed for 5 days after 5 feet of new snow and had the best time! The condo is awesome - spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, and offers all the comforts of home, away from home. If you're looking for old-school wood paneling, 70's decor, and antler art, don't stay here. If you want to stay in an updated, stylish, and uber-comfy place, this is it. We've already decided to stay in this condo every year for our trip to Mammoth. As a side note, we were initially very worried about using this site and renting directly from the homeowner. This owner is awesome to deal with - friendly, plenty of information, and timely in responding to requests. We couldn't have asked for a better experience from top to bottom.

I have stayed in Mammoth a numerous amounts of time, and by far, this condo has been the nicest. All of the things (sofa, TV, kitchen appliances) in the condo were new and modern. I loved your downstair couch and TV combo. We would definitely return. Damon was a great person to deal with. Thanks again!

Great times and great memories happen in a GREAT property! Our stay was phenominal. The unit was clean, fresh, warm, and inviting. Almost everything was provided (except free lift tickets :). This was our first time booking with VRBO and I don't think we will go elsewhere again! The owner is a great guy and was very helpful with all of our needs. I look forward to renting this unit again very soon!

Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to stay at your condominium. We have rented may different homes in the different mountains ranges of California and I must say the location and view of your property is by far the best location we have stayed at! There were so many different places to see and the view from your home was spectacular. We want to go back in the summer to experience the summer months, I hear the fishing is the best in the Mammoth area. Thank you again, we will be back soon!
