Levin's Bend 325 is a luxurious and spacious condo (corner unit) with a huge living area and the largest balcony and outdoor living area in the complex. Our unit is over 2100 square feet with an additional 1400 square feet of outdoor balcony directly overlooking the marina and intercoastal canal waterway. Beautiful waterfowl, sunsets, and yacht-watching are daily must-sees.

Ideal for larger groups or two families, we offer two master suites (one is 250 square feet with a vented walk-in closet big enough for a baby bed) with upscale baths and showers including granite sinks and jacuzzi. There are two additional "kid friendly" spaces or space for separate sleepers with twin beds, bunks, and 5 TV's and wireless internet. Professionally decorated and beautifully appointed, this unit offers a gourmet kitchen featuring a gas range, wine cooler, and two built-in ice makers. You can serve 8-12 at the granite eat-in bar (4) and dining table for 8. Add the outdoor dining for 8, two cocktail tables for 4, outdoor recliners off the master bedroom, and chase lounges for sunning.

  • Dear Larry, We stayed in unit 325 last summer and were pleasantly surprised at how large it really is. The balcony is fit for royalty and we grilled outside most nights enjoying the view of the marina. Our teens never ran out of things to do, and we spent most of our days at the Oasis and were usually the last ones to leave. The master bedroom feels like home and we loved having the access to the balcony, which became our late night gathering spot, and our favorite place to drink coffee in the morning. I really enjoyed my after sun soaks in the whirlpool tub, while sipping on my favorite glass of wine before dinner. It was a delightful stay and I recommend it to anyone. We are thrilled to be coming back for Spring Break and summer this year, and plan to continue this new tradition.

  • Your condo is wonderful! Lots of room, great view, and awesome pool! The oasis is fantastic for all ages! Love the fact that you can park when you arrive and walk everywhere you need to go. Will definitely be back in the future! Thanks.
