Don’t be fooled by other “historic district” locations; if the home is not located north of Gaston Street, it’s not within the historic district!
We offer two units available and each has it's own private entrance and features modern upgrades (granite countertops, glass tile, over sized tub, stainless steel appliances) while maintaining the historic charm (original heart pine flooring, crown molding, soaring ceilings) you expect when staying in Savannah. This lists information for our Suite II (upstairs unit) accommodations. For those needing more accommodation, combine your stay with Suite I (vrbo #109375) and sleep four additional guests. Special pricing available for those that reserve both units for the same visit.
Suite II (our "eco-terre" as we call it) is also designed using environmentally sustainable materials and furnishings. Reclaimed timber and furnishings are throughout, the highest energy Star rated appliances are integrated, and both organic and natural products are used whenever possible. No expense was spared for Suite II; pamper yourself while at the same time knowing you are pampering the environment.

Savannah is a wonderful walking city, but this property also offers the use of two touring bicycles during your stay. Located downstairs in a convenient storage unit, the bikes are reserved strictly for our Suite II guests.
Adults traveling with children are encouraged to stay in our family friendly Suite I as Suite II has an age restriction of 12 years old. Note that Suite II also accommodates a maximum of two guests.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.
