The bath is fresh and modern. This highly appointed space includes luxurious bath towels, thick robes, glass tile surround, marble floor, and double sink. Relax at the end of your day and pamper yourself in our over sized 6' soaking tub or shower with our complimentary spa products including body wash, bubble bath, and herbal body lotion.
The modern gourmet kitchen is fully furnished with Viking refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, integrated cook top, oven, and granite countertops which allow you to prepare your own meals in style or simply keep snacks and other items on hand. Enjoy your early morning coffee and watch the news on the kitchen’s stylish 20” HDTV. Enjoy wireless Internet anywhere in the home, or plug in directly to secure high speed Internet.
The living area offers a comfortable sofa, flat screen 32” HDTV, DVD player, assorted Savannah related books and movies. The space provides room for total comfort and relaxation with either a good book or to simply watch a movie in the evening.
Savannah is a wonderful walking city, but this property also offers the use of two touring bicycles during your stay. Located downstairs in a convenient storage unit, the bikes are reserved strictly for our Suite II guests.
Suite II was also designed using environmentally sustainable materials and furnishings. Reclaimed timber and furnishings are throughout, the highest energy Star rated appliances are integrated, and both organic and natural products are used whenever possible. No expense was spared for Suite II; pamper yourself while at the same time knowing you are pampering the environment.
Adults traveling with children are encouraged to stay in our family friendly Suite I (vrbo #109375) as Suite II has an age restriction of 12 years old. Note that Suite II also accommodates a maximum of two guests.
Maps, guidebooks, and local Savannah periodicals will keep you abreast of that all Savannah and the low country have to offer during your stay. Also on hand is an assortment of books and DVD’s should you decide to rest comfortably during your stay.

Why the Owner Chose Savannah
Although I originally moved to Savannah over 12 years ago as a design professor for SCAD, I fell in love with the beauty, charm and nuances of this gem of a city. I yearned for a new adventure so I left teaching and purchased the home and spent over 2 years designing and creating the perfect “home away from home!”
Unlike other owners or management companies, we offer a very personal touch which includes meeting all our guests at the home for check-in, and providing customized walking maps with points of interests and recommended tours, shopping, and restaurants. I pride myself on offering extremely personalized service, realizing that each and every guest and their visit is special. Since we live locally in Savannah, we are available anytime both before and during your stay for any questions or assistance needed.

My husband and I just spent the weekend here. It was truly amazing!!! You pay such close attention to detail that we didn't want for anything! It did truly feel like a home away from home. We walked to River Street and to Broughton Street! We even rode bikes to places during our stay! I hadn't been on a bike since I was a kid!!! We will definitely be back to stay! I loved the wood floors and the whole set up of the place. Thank you, Heather, for making our weekend getaway such a pleasant experience!!!

My husband and I just stayed three nights here for our anniversary and we were so pleased. Heather and Wes have thought of everything you could possibly need! It really was like being at home. I was relieved to find the bathroom was stocked with Qtips when I realized I forgot mine. The place is decorated so nice and it was very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. It's a great place to stay in Savannah!

My husband and I stayed at the Savannah Pied-a-Terre for a short break in March, and we were delighted. The apartment is a very cool, contemporary, stylish space. It's bright and cheerful with a well-stocked kitchen. The two bikes are a great bonus. Savannah is my new favorite city, largely because of the Savannah Pied-a-Terre.

This was my second visit to Savannah and having the opportunity to stay in a private residence was fabulous. It was like being home but in another city. The location is great to walk every corner of the historic district and is very convenient to a variety of restaurants. If you are looking for a relaxing stylish environment (with a very comfy bed) that is different than the standard hotel offerings I would highly recommend Savannah pied-a-terre.

Suite II was just perfect for the two of us! It was immaculately clean and Heather thought of every detail you could possibly need or want from the Starbucks coffee and Perrier, to the luxurious linens, to the cooler and sunscreen!. The space itself has been beautifully restored with every modern amenity without losing any of its historic charm. Heather's interior design talent is top notch. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to almost everything. The map and restaurant guide provided was great - we carried it everywhere! So glad we found this little piece of heaven in Savannah - we were very impressed and are already planning our return visit. Thank you Heather and Wes!

Savannah Pied a Terre Suite I

We actually stayed in the Pied a Terre Suite I which is right below the Suite II. It was an amazing location. We were able to walk to anything within the historic district very easily. Area seemed very safe and Heather was wonderful to deal with. She made us feel very welcome. The place was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. So much better than staying in a hotel! Felt like we were coming "home" after touring the city all day. Suite I is dog friendly (Suite II is no pets) so we were able to bring our dog along which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend Savannah Pied a Terre and we'll stay there again if we come back!!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this property for our stay last November. As soon as we walked in we felt that we were in a luxury suite at an expensive hotel. It is magnificantly decorated - like something out of a magazine. The bed and linens were so comfortable! It even has a flat screen tv in the kitchen. The back of the unit gets amazing light. Heather (the owner) had thought of absolutely everything we might need during our stay from bug spray and beach towels to coffee and olive oil. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. We parked our car at the beginning of our stay, and did not get into it again until we reluctantly headed off to the airport. There are even bikes available that we used to explore the city one morning. Finally, Heather left us with the most invaluable map with the locations of everything you'll need/want in Savannah including amazing restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Every single place we ate that she had recommended was excellent. Staying here was a million times better than staying in a hotel. If you are looking for accommodations for a stay longer than 1 night, you will not be disappointed with this unit.

I finally know how to say home away from home in French, but how to you say “heaven on earth”? The breathless charm of this city, and the cool and clean surroundings of Suite II made this trip, for me, a true renewal! You two are perfect examples of why Savannah is the “hostess city of the South.”
