Why the Owner Chose Anderson
We vacationed on Hartwell in 2007 and just fell in love with the lake and area but we were very disappointed in the rental company and the condition of the home we rented. We thought we could do a much better job....so we did! We found this beautiful home in a perfect, quiet location. It had just been completely remodeled and was just what we were looking for. So we purchased the home and my wife and mom beautifully decorated with all high quality merchandise.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This area just seems to drain the stress right out of you. It is so beautiful and relaxing. We love everything about it. Sometimes we pack a lunch and go out on the boat skiing and boating all day. When we get hungry, we just pick an island to stop and have lunch. We relax on the beach and the kids(and dog)explore the island. And the moutain drives with the waterfalls...just unbelievable. You can really see God's hand at work here! We always hate to leave!

We are the Cochran Family. Rob, Kathy, Cody (16)and Angus (11 yr old Black Lab)and the Murphy Family (Rob's Mom and Dad). I (Rob)own an RV Parts and Service Company in Central Florida and Kathy is a 20 year veteran of a 5 STAR hotel. My mom and dad (Jack and Geri) are retired and also live in Central Florida.We all love the outdoors and love being on the water.
