A great place to stay...

This is my first time renting a house for our vacation. I was carried away by the pictures of the house online. The pictures do not do complete justice and this place looks even better in person. Even minor details and decor are done with passion for the house. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of linen and bath towels. 20 min. drive from major attractions. Only issue we had was with the mattress in the master bedroom on the first level. Makes a lot of noise even with slightest movement, almost irritating at times especially if a kid is sleeping in the room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to spend sometime in the Orlando area. The owner is great to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Seren, it was the perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Parks, quiet surroundings, beautiful interiors and wonderful pool. The kids were just as happy spending an afternoon round the pool and in the games room as they were meeting Mickey and his friends in any of the kingdoms.!! We have been to Florida six times now staying somewhere different each time and we would definately recommend Ty Seren as the best villa we have stayed in

This home was so beautiful. Everything that we could possibly want was found at the house. The pool was amazing and my kids enjoyed the flat screen TVs, Wii, game room and pool floats. Our family had a fantastic time in Orlando and loved to come home to Ty Seren every evening to relax and swim. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Superb in every way

Stayed here the last two weeks in July 2011. Have stayed at many other villas in Florida previously but this has to be the best one of the lot exceeding even the lofty expectations we had for it before arriving. Its all been said before elsewhere but to re-iterate the villa is huge, clean, comfortable, well stocked and handily located for access to all local amenities and Florida attractions in general. Helen was a pleasure to deal with throughout and we picked up on many of her suggestions for local eating places - Mannys Chophouse and various in Celebration being particular favourites. Cant reccommend this villa highly enough.

Exquisite Home

Our stay at Ty Seren was one that will be remembered for years to come. The home is beautifully furnished and supplied with many amenities for the entire family. The location was perfect for day trips to Orlando parks. We felt very safe in the gated community and with the alarm system at the home. Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I emailed her with a couple of questions when we arrived at the home and she called me within minutes to help. Truly a wonderful time was had by all. My family looks forward to our next trip to Florida and plans on staying at Ty Seren each time we go.

Fab Florida Villa!

What can we say - it has been another fab Florida holiday, with a huge part of this being the stunning Ty Seren! It feels like a home from home, and provides a fantastic alternative to the hustle and bustle of the parks - many an afternoon was spent in the pool just relaxing in the beautiful surroundings!! As usual, we did not want for anything, as everything has been considered, and the little touches are what sets this villa apart from others. The pool is stunning, and the outside area surrounding it provides all the room you could need, either for a day of sun-bathing, or an evening of barbeque-ing and relaxing outside. Inside the villa is all the space and luxury you could wish for, and for those with children, the games room will provide plentty of entertainment!! This was our third stay in the villa, and it won't be our last I am sure!!! Thank you Helen and Shaun for letting us stay in your beautiful home again, and it was lovely to finally meet up with you and your family!!!

As you may see from the previous reviews this property is definately "The One" to stay in. We were spoilt by staying our first week in AKL Disney, however upon arrival to Haines City, We were spoilt yet again by this "Crib" of a Villa!! A very quiet location, yet a stone throw away from the Wallmart, Publix, seven eleven, and abundance of restuarants. A wonderful welcome to Pumpkins and treats in the house for the children as it was Halloween. A very well equiped, spacious house that a large party can stay in without being fed up and on top of each other. All houses should own a "Games Room"!! as the children certainly enjoyed it. We felt very safe with the knowledge of the alarmed door by the pool, even though our children are older, and can swim, with my niece being disabled and in a wheelchair we knew she would not be rolling into the pool!!! Also with the wheelchair it was lovely that she could be pushed in and out of the games room, with a downstairs toilet, and bedroom it really made my sister in laws life a lot easier. Fab sun spot around the pool and enjoyed many a cool evening in the hot jacuzzi!! Very Clean and gorgeous bed covers by the way, and we didnt want to spoil the beautiful decorated table, all laid for dinner on arrival. Helen has been fantastic with help and info with car hire, and just an email away with any questions!! we are already planning our visit back next year as we certainly have had a dream holiday staying at Ty Seren!! "If you want to pick the perfect house for your vacation in Orlando, do not go any further, this is the ONE. I had stayed in several rental houses none of them came even close to this one. The house is very clean, beautiful and having all necessaries you ever need for the house( except food and drink). Kids will have no boring time between the game room, the Wii and the pool. There are plenty books and blu-ray movies. Pick this one and thank me later."

A Definite "Repeat!"

One of the best vacation rental villas. We have stayed at many, and this is a definite "repeat"! Thank you for a place to make wonderful family vacation memories! By far the the favorite room was the game room! Then the beautiful pool. The lanai is very private with foliage surrounding. Haines City is full of great restaurants and of course a Walmart Supercenter. Only 15-20 minutes from the Parks. Highly recommended!
