Ty Seren is a brand new, large two story contemporary home totaling 2800 sq ft of fully air conditioned living space, luxuriously appointed throughout. A stunning entrance hall leads to the 25ft high vaulted ceiling of the Great Room which boasts a 50" wall mounted HD Plasma TV with numerous cable channels, a Blue Ray HD DVD player, Bose sound dock and leather sofas overlooking the pool area.

Two master en-suite bedrooms with 26"wall mounted LCD TVs, dressing table, nightstands and lamps, clock radio and ample closet space, bathrooms featuring large baths and walk in showers, twin sinks and separate toilet, with hair drier and straighteners. The ground floor master has patio doors to the pool deck - perfect for that early morning swim!

The double bedroom has a wall mounted LCD TV, chest of drawers and mirror, nightstands with lamps and closet. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom - shower over bath and twin sinks. Bunk bed room(two sets of bunks), family bathroom with shower over bath, twin sinks and hair drier. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with premium brand bedding and accessories.

Breakfast nook with bay window includes glass dining table to sit 8, fully fitted kitchen with oven,dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bar.

Separate utility room with large washer and drier.Two irons and ironing boards.

There is also a cot, highchair and baby walker. We also provide a baby monitor and an Avent microwave sterilizer. (From past experience , we know that these last two items take up a lot of room in your luggage!)

Second lounge to 1st floor loft area has 26"LCD TV with DVD player, Nintendo Wii and leather sofas.

Large game room complete with electronic basketball game,Air Hockey and a 7 ' pool table, bar table
and stools.

The lanai, complete with cooling overhead fan provides welcome shade throughout the day, while the pool deck aspect ensures maximum sun. It is surrounded by landscaped palms and planting.T here is also a security fence so you can swim or sunbathe knowing the little ones can't get to the pool!

Large 30 x 15 pool and 6 person spa on an extended south facing deck, 6 cushioned loungers, table and 6 cushioned chairs, 2 high tables and 4 chairs, 2 sun umbrellas ,large stainless steel family barbecue.

  • Oct 15th - 30th 2009, We were 2 families of 5 and Ty Seren satisfied every need for space and comfort, we had agreat time in Florida and coming 'home' to Ty Seren to relax by the pool or have air hockey and pool tournaments was great.   • This was our first visit to Florida and we had such an amazing time . We felt so lucky to be staying in such a spacious and beautifully decorated house . The boys loved the pool the games room and enormous plasma tv - some days we even had to persuade them to go to the theme parks as they didn't want to leave the house !! We enjoyed some great bbq's by the pool and after hours walking around the theme parks it was so lovely to come back 'HOME'. Huge thanks to Helen & Shaun for all their help , emails and calls. We can't wait to go back to Ty Seren as it holds so many happy memories for us !

  • hi helen your home was all we could of expected. the layout of the home was great for us all,the swimming pool proved to be a perfect place for all to relax in, both day and late into the nite. we all felt truly relaxed there and would highly recommend your home to any family to stay in. as we started to depart on the last day we all said we would be back. brenda at jeeves was perfect to deal with from the first day we started planning our vacation could not ask for any better. again thanks alot we will be back. the dalton and hayden families.

  • We have just returned from staying in Ty Seren (5-19 June 2009) and can highly recommend it as a holiday base! It was our eighth trip to Florida (although for the other seven family members it was their first) although the first time we have stayed in a villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. All of the little touches that make it feel like a home from home were found throughout the villa, and the games room went down exceptionally well with the three children (aged from 9 to 14) in the group!! The pool was fantastic and a welcome respite from the 95 degree heat in the afternoons, and there was plenty of space to ensure that everyone could do what they wanted, when they wanted to. All of the information provided by Helen and Shaun helped to make the stay even more enjoyable, including recommendations for local restaurants - Mannys was great, although we wish we had gone before our final night!!! Overall everyone had a great time, and we will make sure we pass the details on to anyone we know considering a break in Florida!! We are already considering our ninth trip back to Florida in 2010, and will definitely consider a return trip to Ty Seren!!! Thank you Helen and Shaun!!!

  • We spent April 8th to April 17th, 2009. We had a fantastic time in a beautiful home. What more could we have asked for? There was 5 of us in our group and we were very, very comfortable. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely return to this property and would highly recommend it to all.

  • We just spent the last week (April 18-25) at Ty Seren and could not have been more pleased with our home away from home. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 kids ranging from 4 yrs to 8 yrs old and they really enjoyed the game room, the Wii and the pool. It was so nice to come home to a house we could all spread out in, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The house has been very well taken care of and is in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we talk to. Helen was so wonderful with all her tips and continuous emails to make sure everything was up to par. I would recommend one thing to future guests...the week we stayed, the temp was in the mid to upper 80's and had been in the higher 70's to lower 80's for several weeks prior, so we decided not to get the pool heated. I would recommend to get that heat! The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, although the kids handled it well. Thanks again Helen, for everything you've done and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

  • Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more. Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house! Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and noting is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return.
