We’re back and just wanted to say thank you very much for sharing your house with us and for all of the help and assistance you provided before and during the holiday. Please also pass on our thanks to Sarah & John who rang us a couple of times whilst we were out there to check all was ok. We had a fantastic time at the parks, shopping malls & restaurants and of enjoyed it even more than we imagined we would, but we all said the same – it wouldn’t have been the same if we had stayed elsewhere. The location, size, convenience and facilities all made it a very comfortable place to stay. Thanks for everything, you’ll certainly get lots of recommendations from us and if the girls get their way, we’ll be staying lots more times in the future. Cheers Nick

What can we say? This was our fourth stay at Ty Seren, and as usual there was nothing to disappoint!!! The house is full of home comforts, and has all you need for the perfect holiday get-away. Whether you are looking to use the house as a base to explore all of the parks, or as somewhere to relax and enjoy the weather - lazing by the amazing pool - you can't go wrong in choosing to stay here!! Thanks to Helen and Shaun for letting us book the house again - I am sure we will be back soon!

A great place to stay...

This is my first time renting a house for our vacation. I was carried away by the pictures of the house online. The pictures do not do complete justice and this place looks even better in person. Even minor details and decor are done with passion for the house. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of linen and bath towels. 20 min. drive from major attractions. Only issue we had was with the mattress in the master bedroom on the first level. Makes a lot of noise even with slightest movement, almost irritating at times especially if a kid is sleeping in the room. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to spend sometime in the Orlando area. The owner is great to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Seren, it was the perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Parks, quiet surroundings, beautiful interiors and wonderful pool. The kids were just as happy spending an afternoon round the pool and in the games room as they were meeting Mickey and his friends in any of the kingdoms.!! We have been to Florida six times now staying somewhere different each time and we would definately recommend Ty Seren as the best villa we have stayed in

This home was so beautiful. Everything that we could possibly want was found at the house. The pool was amazing and my kids enjoyed the flat screen TVs, Wii, game room and pool floats. Our family had a fantastic time in Orlando and loved to come home to Ty Seren every evening to relax and swim. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Stayed here the last two weeks in July 2011. Have stayed at many other villas in Florida previously but this has to be the best one of the lot exceeding even the lofty expectations we had for it before arriving. Its all been said before elsewhere but to re-iterate the villa is huge, clean, comfortable, well stocked and handily located for access to all local amenities and Florida attractions in general. Helen was a pleasure to deal with throughout and we picked up on many of her suggestions for local eating places - Mannys Chophouse and various in Celebration being particular favourites. Cant reccommend this villa highly enough.

Our stay at Ty Seren was one that will be remembered for years to come. The home is beautifully furnished and supplied with many amenities for the entire family. The location was perfect for day trips to Orlando parks. We felt very safe in the gated community and with the alarm system at the home. Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I emailed her with a couple of questions when we arrived at the home and she called me within minutes to help. Truly a wonderful time was had by all. My family looks forward to our next trip to Florida and plans on staying at Ty Seren each time we go.

Fab Florida Villa!

What can we say - it has been another fab Florida holiday, with a huge part of this being the stunning Ty Seren! It feels like a home from home, and provides a fantastic alternative to the hustle and bustle of the parks - many an afternoon was spent in the pool just relaxing in the beautiful surroundings!! As usual, we did not want for anything, as everything has been considered, and the little touches are what sets this villa apart from others. The pool is stunning, and the outside area surrounding it provides all the room you could need, either for a day of sun-bathing, or an evening of barbeque-ing and relaxing outside. Inside the villa is all the space and luxury you could wish for, and for those with children, the games room will provide plentty of entertainment!! This was our third stay in the villa, and it won't be our last I am sure!!! Thank you Helen and Shaun for letting us stay in your beautiful home again, and it was lovely to finally meet up with you and your family!!!

As you may see from the previous reviews this property is definately "The One" to stay in. We were spoilt by staying our first week in AKL Disney, however upon arrival to Haines City, We were spoilt yet again by this "Crib" of a Villa!! A very quiet location, yet a stone throw away from the Wallmart, Publix, seven eleven, and abundance of restuarants. A wonderful welcome to Pumpkins and treats in the house for the children as it was Halloween. A very well equiped, spacious house that a large party can stay in without being fed up and on top of each other. All houses should own a "Games Room"!! as the children certainly enjoyed it. We felt very safe with the knowledge of the alarmed door by the pool, even though our children are older, and can swim, with my niece being disabled and in a wheelchair we knew she would not be rolling into the pool!!! Also with the wheelchair it was lovely that she could be pushed in and out of the games room, with a downstairs toilet, and bedroom it really made my sister in laws life a lot easier. Fab sun spot around the pool and enjoyed many a cool evening in the hot jacuzzi!! Very Clean and gorgeous bed covers by the way, and we didnt want to spoil the beautiful decorated table, all laid for dinner on arrival. Helen has been fantastic with help and info with car hire, and just an email away with any questions!! we are already planning our visit back next year as we certainly have had a dream holiday staying at Ty Seren!! "If you want to pick the perfect house for your vacation in Orlando, do not go any further, this is the ONE. I had stayed in several rental houses none of them came even close to this one. The house is very clean, beautiful and having all necessaries you ever need for the house( except food and drink). Kids will have no boring time between the game room, the Wii and the pool. There are plenty books and blu-ray movies. Pick this one and thank me later."

A Definite "Repeat!"

One of the best vacation rental villas. We have stayed at many, and this is a definite "repeat"! Thank you for a place to make wonderful family vacation memories! By far the the favorite room was the game room! Then the beautiful pool. The lanai is very private with foliage surrounding. Haines City is full of great restaurants and of course a Walmart Supercenter. Only 15-20 minutes from the Parks. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful vacation home!

When I originally saw the listing for Ty Seren, it seemed too good to be true. After visiting the website and communicating with the home owner I was confident that this was the vacation rental home for us. Our group included 3 adults and three children ages 3,5 and 9. When we arrived we were thrilled to see that the house is exactly as beautiful as the photos and perfectly cleaned and maintained. The house is spacious and had more than enough room for our group. The owner and management company have gone to great lengths to ensure that all visitors to Ty Seren have a relaxing vacation. The weather in Florida was a little cool, but the heated pool and hot tub were in constant use. The proximity to Disney, and other attractions was very convenient. The restaurant recommendations and menus were appreciated. My kids have already asked when we will be returning to "our Florida house". We will definitely be returning and we will absolutely recommend this house to our friends and family members.

Ty Seren

We very much enjoyed our vacation at Ty Seren. The weather was a little cool, so the heated pool was well worth the extra money. We had to visit Manny's Chophouse and weren't disappointed. There are several golf courses in the area. We highly recommend Falcon's Fire, which is one exit past Walt Disney World. No matter what you do during the day, it was really nice to come back to the beautiful Ty Seren. The managers of the property were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was worry free.

My week in february

Quite simply outstanding week was spent with my family in this beautiful villa. Notwithstanding the issues with the weather the decor and functionality of this abode was second to none. True test of suitability is always - How quickly did you feel comfortable and at home Answer 2 nano seconds. My problem is how and when can I get out again as quickly as possible. The local support is excellent - the rooms spacy and decorated to a high level of taste and sophistication . Mark my words - Book it and relax - roll on next February.

Disney Vacation with my family

I brought my son, his wife and their 3 year-old daughter along with my mom and dad on a Florida vacation and selected this house based on pictures alone. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a ball! There was plenty of room for everyone to do things without bumping into each other and we still had 4 beds that we never used. We enjoyed the pool, games and the Wii system, in fact I had to go buy one when we returned. The location was great, close to Disney but not so close as to make it a "Disney only" vacation. Three days in Disney was all we needed and there were lots of things to do in the area and some times it was best to hang out together in the pool. Don't forget to go to Manny's restaurant but call ahead and find a well advertised farm stand (I don't recall the name) that sells Pink Grapefruit Pie. OMG! I still dream of this dessert. It is that good. I've never seen this before but it's worth the trip just for that. Oh yea, go for a walk to the pond within the complex, I made friends with a six-foot allagator we called Alan, but don't pet him. Enjoy! We did.

This was our first visit to Florida and we had such an amazing time . We felt so lucky to be staying in such a spacious and beautifully decorated house . The boys loved the pool the games room and enormous plasma tv - some days we even had to persuade them to go to the theme parks as they didn't want to leave the house !! We enjoyed some great bbq's by the pool and after hours walking around the theme parks it was so lovely to come back 'HOME'. Huge thanks to Helen & Shaun for all their help , emails and calls. We can't wait to go back to Ty Seren as it holds so many happy memories for us !

hi helen your home was all we could of expected. the layout of the home was great for us all,the swimming pool proved to be a perfect place for all to relax in, both day and late into the nite. we all felt truly relaxed there and would highly recommend your home to any family to stay in. as we started to depart on the last day we all said we would be back. brenda at jeeves was perfect to deal with from the first day we started planning our vacation could not ask for any better. again thanks alot we will be back. the dalton and hayden families.

We have just returned from staying in Ty Seren (5-19 June 2009) and can highly recommend it as a holiday base! It was our eighth trip to Florida (although for the other seven family members it was their first) although the first time we have stayed in a villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. All of the little touches that make it feel like a home from home were found throughout the villa, and the games room went down exceptionally well with the three children (aged from 9 to 14) in the group!! The pool was fantastic and a welcome respite from the 95 degree heat in the afternoons, and there was plenty of space to ensure that everyone could do what they wanted, when they wanted to. All of the information provided by Helen and Shaun helped to make the stay even more enjoyable, including recommendations for local restaurants - Mannys was great, although we wish we had gone before our final night!!! Overall everyone had a great time, and we will make sure we pass the details on to anyone we know considering a break in Florida!! We are already considering our ninth trip back to Florida in 2010, and will definitely consider a return trip to Ty Seren!!! Thank you Helen and Shaun!!!

We spent April 8th to April 17th, 2009. We had a fantastic time in a beautiful home. What more could we have asked for? There was 5 of us in our group and we were very, very comfortable. The house was well equipped and beautifully furnished. We had the pool heated and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely return to this property and would highly recommend it to all.

We just spent the last week (April 18-25) at Ty Seren and could not have been more pleased with our home away from home. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 kids ranging from 4 yrs to 8 yrs old and they really enjoyed the game room, the Wii and the pool. It was so nice to come home to a house we could all spread out in, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The house has been very well taken care of and is in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we talk to. Helen was so wonderful with all her tips and continuous emails to make sure everything was up to par. I would recommend one thing to future guests...the week we stayed, the temp was in the mid to upper 80's and had been in the higher 70's to lower 80's for several weeks prior, so we decided not to get the pool heated. I would recommend to get that heat! The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, although the kids handled it well. Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more. Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house! Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and noting is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return.

"We stayed for a fortnight this July and were sad to leave. We totally agree with the other reviews - the property is stunning with every luxury accessory thought of by the owners. The interior decor and furnishings are 5 star.The photos, although magnificent, don't really do the place justice. The pool is beautiful, outdoor furniture really high quality and comfort and the barbeque is fantastic. We were quite happy to spend whole days at the pool and then watching DVDs on the HUGE screen at night! (And have family pool, basketball and air hockey tournaments in the games room!) Customer service from the owners was outstanding - American standards here in the UK! Any queries were promptly answered, and hints and recommendations offered in abundance. Without doubt the best villa we've seen, let alone stayed in. Recommended without reservation. We will return, but will have to book early as next year appears to be already getting busy. Shops and good restaurants are all only a few minutes away, and recommended home delivery food menus are in the kitchen drawer!" Dave and Gill Pemberton , Wales , UK

June 19th – 30th 2008 We have just had a fantastic holiday at Ty Seren and I don’t normally write reviews but I thought this villa was so exceptional that it deserved feedback to help allay any fears a sceptic reviewer might have. The villa is exceptional quality throughout and the height of good taste having every facility you could think of making it feel like a home away rather than a rented accommodation. I think this differentiates it from your standard villa making it worth every cent. The pictures give an expectation of quality and the reality did not disappoint. The facilities are too numerous to review individually but everything you needed was provided. When I asked my son after 6 days how the TV was in his bedroom and he replied 'he hadn’t had time to look at it', I knew something was right!I think one of the keys when booking these types of accommodations is good customer service to allay any fears you have and special thanks should go to Helen who was exceptional. She is both proactive and helpful in every aspect giving you a reassurance and information so that everything will be fine for your stay. I’m sure the other owners contribute in the background as well as the villa is very well maintained. The next time I come back to the area this will be the first place checked for availability.

Wow !! Wow !! Wow !! The most beautiful home in Calabay Parc , to our family and all who will visit and enjoy the finest. It was truly a blessing to enter into the most perfect home which allowed for a perfect vacation. What can I say ? Your home is fantastic !! I loved everything about it - from the huge living area to the MASSIVE comfortable beds to the luxurious pool area. The house is spectacular in every way - my family and I didn't want to leave it to visit any of the parks! We really enjoyed chilling around the pool and soaking up that fabulous Florida sunshine.We also really appreciated the many extra touches that the house provided. Also thanks for all the extra info you gave us on which restaurants to visit - Mannys is a must !! This has to be 'THE BEST' house around - we promise to return as soon as we can. Thanks again to Helen and Shaun , Sarah and Jon for allowing us to rent your magnificent home ! We have already told all our friends about it - look out for plenty of bookings !! My family and I have just returned from a two week holiday staying at Ty seren. What can i say, the house is absolutely fantastic. The perfect holiday home, in extremely luxurious surroundings , very clean and very comfortable. Located in Haines City we found it an easy drive to all the Disney and universal parks , during our 2 week stay we drove to both the east and west coasts of Florida which was only 1hr's drive either side and well worth the drive. For most of us this was our first trip to Florida, having such a wonderful place to stay added to the whole experience. We will definately go back again.

We stayed at the Ty Seren from the 4th April - 14th April. The house was absolutely amazing, the house was spacious, clean & modern, there was every amenity you needed so it left you to enjoy your holiday to the full.
