Photo 1 - Cape Coral, FL - Florida Vacation Rental Home This beautifully landscaped and luxuriously furnished, 2100-square-foot villa is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a wide canal in southern exposition. You have gorgeous water views from nearly all rooms. Hurricane secure sliding glass doors from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom lead to a spacious, screened lanai with an electric heated pool with waterfall and a separate whirlpool. In the living room you find our 50's corner with jukebox (100 CDs) and the famous 1959 Cadillac Sofa with a lot of decoration stuff. The house has a big TV screen in the living room and two additional TVs in two bedrooms, several radios, phones, and fax machine. Guests can rent our boat (additional) which is just on the dock next to the house for fishing or cruising the beautiful Gulf Coast waters or you can just fish from your own private dock. It is only a short drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and some of the finest dining in Southwest Florida, so please visit our little corner of paradise! We updated our home with hurricane impact glass windows and doors all around the house.

$100 for each additional adult; $50 for each child, two kids under six are FREE.

Boat is $400/week & up (depends of the period); Boat Instruction is $150.
$500 Damage Deposit required for house; $1000 for House & Boat.
