I stayed in the reunion house with 12 other family members and I've got to say it is a great place! There was plenty of space inside for all of us and we could relax together downstairs in the open concept kitchen and family room space... or if we wanted privacy, we just headed up to our huge bedroom. Beth, the owner, was amazing to work with and so understanding and personal. There is plenty of parking spaces, it was super clean, and it is a quiet area with an awesome view and we more than likely will be staying again! Thanks Beth!

I was planning a 50th birthday surprise celebration with out of town guests coming from Pittsburgh, PA for the weekend of October 26-28th at a rental on Conesus Lake. At 1:00 on the 26th I received an email from the owner of the Conesus rental, stating that there was a gas leak and we could not get into her rental for the weekend. Here I am at work, with out of town guests already on the road coming towards the Finger Lakes! My worst nightmare! I could not believe it! So, I had to get on VRBO and typed in the dates and made some calls! I talked to Beth and between alot of texts, phone calls and her call in to Rick the caretaker/cleaner they made it happen! Some of my guest had already showed up to the Conesus rental, but we after redirecting them to Beth's place on Keuka Lake it all came together!! I can't say thank you enough! As it turns out, I think this rental was even better then the original one!! Much more spacious and it was perfect in everyway for a party of 10! And...I still pulled off the surprise for my brother's 50th!! THANKS SO MUCH!!! I will keep your rental in mind for other big family or friend gatherings!! Judy

Lakespell Reunion House was in great condition and ready for our visit. It is equipped as advertised and in a wonderful location to visit the area. We would definitely consider staying there again. The Finger Lakes in the fall is a stunning place. The owner of the house is great to work with, and very quick to answer any questions.

My family and I enjoyed a marvelous week at Reunion House. The location was perfect with excellent restaurants (especially Bully Hill Winery's restaurant overlooking the lake) near by. All was as promised. We especially enjoyed the beach area. My grandaughters loved the pop up backrests on the float. We made great use of the two kayaks as well as the canoe. We enjoyed a barbecue down at the lake and others up at the house. The three wine lovers among us went to wine tastings at four wineries on the Keuka Wine Trail and agreed keuka Springs was the best. We also found a number of potteries on the westernmost side of the lake. Beth was helpful in responding to questions. I certainly am recommending Reunion House to friends and relatives!

This was our second time staying at this house for our family reunion. Fortunately we were able to get the house next door too. We enjoyed our stay as much as we did the first time and would recommend this house to anyone with a large group. It has a very well equipped kitchen with room for everyone to sit and enjoy visiting. Both decks have great views of the lake. Plentiful parking is available. The lakefront area and dock give you the opportunity to sit close to the water and enjoy kayaking as we did. The owner’s have been nothing but great for both stays. They are very attentive and available to answer any questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend this vacation house!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. The kitchen is beautiful with recent updates. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was so helpful with local tips on the area! We loved the accessibility to the vineyards and local restaurants. This is the perfect place to stay-"Soup to Nuts"!!!!!

A group of runners from Virginia were headed to New York to run the Wineglass Marathon in Corning (early October). Instead of the typical stay in a hotel the group discussed staying in a lakehouse near the race which started in Bath, N.Y. We found Beth's house to fit our needs perfectly (15 minutes from the start line). The house easily accommodated five couples and two singles. As is normal with most gatherings the kitchen and den are where you congregate. The modern kitchen and large downstairs den easily handled all of us. The upstairs den was used as well. The large flat screen TV's provided hours of college and professional football viewing for the guys. The views of the lake were fantastic. The weather didn't allow us to spend time down by the lake but there was plenty of equipment (canoe's, docks, shed with a refrigerator and microwave) available had we been able to spend time by the water. If you are looking for a serene, beautiful and comfortable place that will accommodate a large group look no further. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Our group is already making plans to return during the summer to take advantage of the lake and other outdoor activities (hiking, biking, wineries and breweries). Thank you Beth for sharing your house with us!

We had an amazing week at Beth's house. Everything was as described in the listing. We loved every minute of our week, from cooking in the very well equpped kitchen (that included 3 coffee pots, two refrigerators, and a freezer), to enjoying sunsets on the two decks, or down by the lake while we made s'mores in the fire pit. The house is big and spacious. We had 12 people and never felt crowded. There are two living areas, which gave our teenagers a place to call their own. Lots of seating in the kitchen. Lots of chairs for outdoor seating-both on the decks and down by the lake. The lake is gorgeous. We rented a boat for the week and spent many hours tubing, skiing and sightseeing. The house has a boat hoist which made securing the boat so easy. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this house and Keuka Lake. Beth is awesome to work with, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat...I just hope it's available!

I really didn't want to review the house because it may make it more difficult to rent in the future but my consious got the best of me. We had a great time. Loved the shed by the water. Beth just added a boat hoist that was perfect for our boat and replaced 2 of the docks. The layout was perfect for us. Three families with several teenage kids. The 2 Girls had the twin bedroom and the boys made the upstairs living room with attached bunk room into their man cave. The adult couples each had a room and we still had the "round bed" room to spare. We have vacationed at beach houses for over 15 years and have never stayed at a better equipped house. Tons of chairs, life jackets, grills, awesome raft/swim platform, nice kayaks, canoe, row boat. We do a lot of cooking and everyone was happy with the kitchen, pots/pans, dishes, and gadgets. THREE COFFEE MAKERS, 2 large toasters, 2 full size refridgerators, and dorm fridges scattered around the house. I have never met Beth but I am sure by the way the house is setup she would fit perfectly with our crowd. Between the house, lake, and the weather we had it was probably the best vacation.

The description is accurate -- This is a fabulous house for a family reunion! If your family is like mine -- we love each other, but personal space is nice, this is the house for you. We had 13 folks staying in the house for a week and we never felt like we were piled on top of each other. Beth, the owner, is responsive and very accommodating. The house is well stocked with all the necessary amenities and there are lots of options for experience there -- climate controlled comfy chair in the up or downstairs living room, deck chair on the up or downstairs deck, comfy chair at the lake side... take your pick for your perfect reading, relaxing, communing space. Seriously consider this house for a big get together and a fantastic location to allow you to enjoy Keuka Lake.
