The beds are ultra comofrtable. All of the appliances are "top notch" as we love to cook. Tonight we are BBQing steaks. Your home is so close to downtown Prescott and also Prescott Valley. It is quiet and comforting. The view from the back porch is amazing - from San Francisco Peaks to the Bradshaw Mountains!

We enjoyed the house, the peaceful environment, the cooler climate and the magnificent view here. It is a wonderful to wake up hearing the birds sing and to take a promenade in the neighborhood after supper.

Bill called at 7:30 this morning to tell me they were headed out. He said they just loved the place! He said both their kids and spouses came and they couldn't believe how nice it was! Even the local relatives that came were impressed and said,"How the hell did you find a place like this for that kind of money"! He said he wasn't going to tell them!
