Furnished house for rent in Central Antigua (location is a real plus - very close to City's entrance); exclusive residential gated community with 24 hour security. About 15 minute walk to Central Park. Good place for a family or a couple (children and retirees are welcome). Very satisfied renters can provide references. Includes weekly cleaning, drinking water, internet, local phone, TV/cable and laundry room. Newer colonial style construction with many details such as wood ceilings, colonial lamps, kitchen dome and bedrooms with private bathrooms. Rental price varies depending on season and number of occupants (BRs needed); regardless, you get full privacy of the house. House is bigger than it looks in pictures and more pictures are available upon request. The most common feedback we get is "The house is bigger and nicer than what we thought ... thanks so much for your advice on tips/hints on how to have a pleasant stay and for answering all questions we had about Antigua/Guatemala." Rental agreement and deposit is required to confirm reservation; rental payments can be made in advance or upon arrival at a local bank after seeing the house. Will be glad to provide info to help you with transportation to/from airport and to tourist attractions.

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): House has only one floor which makes movement easier but it is not handicap accessible per U.S. standards (i.e. no ramps for a couple of areas which are at slight different levels which require a one step stair).
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): See comment above in Handicapped Accessible box.
- Kid Friendly: This is a very good area for a family, or for a retired couple, and we welcome kids - the gated Community has a small playing ground area and 2 additional small parks with fountains and gardens(we can provide pictures). The location of the house was critical to us when we built the house because we wanted it to be in the best area for our own kids.
