Location, Location, Location. This beautiful casa is just a short stroll to Butterfly Beach(opposite the world renown Biltmore Hotel) as well as Montecito's famous Coast Village Rd.
Surrounded by stucco walls with beautiful iron gate entrances - the tranquility begins.
The master bedroom has a romantic fireplace, king size bed, flat screen high definition TV and a beautiful bathroom with a large soaking tub. In addition, the master bedroom has a cozy balcony with a lovely view of the Montecito mountains.
The guest bedroom is decorated with French Country antique furniture. It has a queen size bed, private bathroom as well as French doors leading to the side courtyard with spa.
The office has a beautiful queen size Murphy bed which can easily sleep two adults privately. The third bathroom is directly across the hall from the office.
The heart of this beautiful home is the amazing kitchen featuring top of the line stainless steel appliance, large island, two sinks, sub zero refrigerator with separate sub zero freezer, and under the counter beverage center. No detail has been untouched. It is a chefs dream.
The living room has a beautiful corner gas fireplace, 52" flat screen high definition TV and comfortable sectional for relaxation. In addition there are two leather recliners
The adjacent dining room host a one of a kind Brazilian imported table and chairs with a custom old world wrought iron fixture hanging above.
Outside there are three courtyard areas - - with the main courtyard hosting an imported Italian ceramic table, outdoor kitchen with a natural gas BBQ, fire pit, lounging area and two beautiful fountains.
The smaller front entrance courtyard has a smaller Italian tile table and fountain - - a perfect place to enjoy the morning sun.
Our side courtyard is perfect for relaxation as it has a state of the art spa with water feature and a sound system. After returning from the beach, an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is also located in this area.

We stayed here in Nov of 2011. So fabulous. Clean, Clean, Clean!!!!! Comfy beds, a fabulous well stocked gourmet kitchen, fountains everywhere and a wonderful outdoor living space including a fire pit and hot tub. We loved it because our small dog could accompany us on this vacation. You can walk to the beach or to downtown Montecito. A short drive to downtown Santa Barbara. This is truly an oasis. Sip a glass of wine outside by the fountain for me! Cannot wait to return

Lynn, A huge thank you to you and your husband for your hospitality. Everyone absolutely loved your beautiful home. It was elegant and warm without being pretentious. And was a wonderful place to come back to after our days of walking the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. We raised over $11,000 for the cause and walked our hearts out! The beds were so comfortable and a lovely place to rest our weary and tired muscles. The back patio was a true Italian oasis and was perfect for our nights of BBQ Shrimp, Chicken and Ribs that our husbands made for us at the end of the day. We will all recommend your home to all our friends as THE place to stay in Montecito.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful casa with us this past week. We have taken great delight in all the wonderful amenities your home provides. The gourmet kitchen (my dream kitchen!), the hot tub, firepit, and fireplaces (so relaxing!), and perhaps most of all, the enchanting garden all add up to a very pleasurable vacation experience! My mother also asked that I comment on how much we apprciaited the cleanliness of your casa - - We have stayed in several vacation homes over the years, and it is rare to find one that meets her exceedingly high cleanliness standards! Many thanks again for sharing this charming and peaceful oasis with us - - We are returning to San Francisco feeling relaxed and replenished!
