I rate this location with flying colors! This place was the perfect location for our crew. It was in a secluded location where we were able to not disturb anyone when we got back late from the beach, dunes, hiking, etc. It is a simple dwelling with necessary kitchen and sleeping supplies. I will definitely be renting again when I come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We were very pleased when we saw the house. The pictures did not do the house justice. Florence was a very nice area and the house is located in a very nice and convenient area. The owner, Frank was very helpful and patient with us, answering any and all questions we had. We found the house well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very pleasant stay, and we highly recommend this home away from home.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. The home was very clean and close to everything. The beds were a bit hard, but ok for a week. The beach was within walking distance if you don't mind walking the main road. We walked it once and decided driving was a little easier. I recommend this home for those who love the peace and quiet. It was well set up for families and was very roomy! And the price was great! We had been told that we wouldn't have cell phone coverage, but we have AT&T and we were able to get cell phone coverage so that was a bonus! We have family in Florence, so we will probably stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Excellent accommodations in an excellent location. Just minutes to everything you would need in a vacation. The house is much better than the pictures show. The house was extremely clean and everything was provided. Already planning the next trip.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Turned out to be a wonderful place for us and our kids. There were 8 of us! 4 kids, 4 adults! Once we got a few little snaffus handled, thanks to the cleaning crew, our stay was amazing! Perfect place for our family. Couldn't really enjoy the outside, no lighting, and animals and their garbage in the gulley, but the house suited us well. Enjoyed Heceta Beach, about half miles drive away, and drove up and down the coast! If we were to come to the coast again, we would definatly rent this house! Our kids said they would love to live here and never leave! Thanks so much for lending us your home and taking care of the few issues we had! (New cleaning person who unfortunatly didn't know how to clean...but got it taken care of!!!) This home is in a perfect location, served its purpose...a wonderful vacation home, and provided lots of great memories to our family! I would ask that in the description you mention that this is a mobile home, it might make a difference to some when renting. Thanks again, and we can't wait to come back, hopefully soon. About the owner: Our son was 2 years old when we visited Florence the first time. He enjoyed the sand dunes so much, he didn't want to leave. Since than, we came back multiple times a year and finally bought our own vacation home in Florence.
Why the Owner Chose Florence:
We love the nature, so we choose our vacation home close to the beach and dunes, only minutes away. Living in the City, we didn't want to miss the convenience of a super market, restaurants, a movie theater and a bowling lane. Everything is minutes away.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home is in a private setting, no neighbor is disturbed when kids have fun and yell. There is plenty of space for parking not only the car but also a trailer.
