14 – 23 days prior to arrival 50% of guest fee amount is charged
3 – 14 days prior to arrival 75% of guest fee amount is charged
0 – 3 days or less prior to arrival 100% of guest fee amount is charged
Check in is at 3PM , however is apartment is available we can check you in earlier.Also check out is 10 AM .If apartment is not rented you can make a late check out.You will be informed one day before arrival upon inquire
