Ideal Ski In - Ski Out location close to both the Snow Flake Lift and Main Street
Studio Condo with low ceiling loft is located on 4 O'Clock Road. The Snow Flake lift is 200 yards from the front door, and an exit from the 4 O'Clock ski run is 50 feet from the front door. Condo has a lockable ski box right outside the front door. Condo has its own heated garage parking.
Studio Condo with queen murphy bed on main floor, and low ceiling loft with two twin beds. Loft has a second TV and VCR with Disney video tapes to keep the children entertained. Board games provided for family evening entertainment. New Couch and Love seat. Unit has full kitchen with everything needed for cooking after a day of skiing. If you choose not to cook, Main Street and a variety of restaurants is less than a ten minute walk. Standard bathroom with shower/tub combo. Common laundry room downstairs with three pay washer and dryers.
Heated community swimming pool (dome covered in winter) with hot tub five minute walk or one minute drive from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Winter hours are 2 PM to 9 PM.

It's a great unit (clean and well appointed), in a great location (50 yards from the Snowflake lift and 2 blocks from downtown) and Mark is great to work with (very responsive and professional). I'm looking forward to my next trip.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Loved being so close to lift. Could walk to town for shopping & resturants, free ride bus stop at lift, pick up for adventures at lift too. I would recommend for sure. Great price, photos accurate, owner very helpful, would definately stay there again.

Great place! A very short walk up the hill to the ski lift, or a short walk down the hill to the shopping and restruants in Brec. The property was clean, well maintained and I would recommend it for sure. We loved the hot tubs (3 to choose from) and heated pool after a day on the slopes. You will not find a better price on any condo located this close to everything. This is a place you can stay without a rental car if necessary. The photos and quick time movie provide a very accurate picture of the floor plan. IT'S A GREAT DEAL AT THE CURRENT PRICE!
