The first level features 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds), a large living room with a pull-out queen sized sofa, an eat in kitchen and a full bath. The 2nd level is a large loft-type space with 2 full size beds, a futon sitting area, TV and a full bath.

Other amenities include a large deck with table and chairs for 6, gas grill and great afternoon sun. There is also a full sized washer and dryer, microwave, DVD player, TiVo, wireless Internet and more.
