Jeff was super responsive and accommodating from the start in terms of booking the condo and answering my questions. The condo itself is in an ideal location, a short walk from either end of town, right off Commercial Street so close to the action but quiet at night and right down the street from the grocery store. The location is ideal, the house is clean and comfortable, and the boys are, well you know how the boys are! This is our 8th trip to Ptown this same week since 2000 and is probably the best place we have stayed yet. The first place we would consider renting again the following year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

There couldn't have been a better place to spend 4 days away from New York in Provincetown than this lovely house. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting in a great location. Everything was easily accessible by foot without being in the middle of the craziness. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was immaculately clean, and the barbecue pit worked like a charm. We can't wait to come back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This house was fantastic. I rented it for a week with 3 friends, and it was even better than we had hoped. There is a great porch with a grill if you want to stay in for dinner, but you're just one block off Commercial Street if you want to go out. The walk to the bay beach is a peace of cake and even the mile or so walk to the ocean side was very manageable. It's also two blocks from the grocery store so you don't need to rent a car (though there's a parking space if you do). The owners thought of everything a renter might want - plenty of beach towels, some beach chairs, even some dvds for a night in and mini umbrellas for your drinks.
