This property is in a fantastic location – in the center of town, on Bradford St, one block from The Boatslip. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the supermarket.
This 3+BR, 2 bath condo is on 2 levels and sleeps 6-10. The first level features 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds), a large living room with a pull-out queen sized sofa, an eat in kitchen and a full bath. The 2nd level is a large loft-type space with 2 full size beds, a futon sitting area, TV and a full bath.

The location is ideal, the house is clean and comfortable, and the boys are, well you know how the boys are! This is our 8th trip to Ptown this same week since 2000 and is probably the best place we have stayed yet. The first place we would consider renting again the following year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners.

There couldn't have been a better place to spend 4 days away from New York in Provincetown than this lovely house. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting in a great location. Everything was easily accessible by foot without being in the middle of the craziness. The kitchen was well stocked, the house was immaculately clean, and the barbecue pit worked like a charm. We can't wait to come back!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This house was fantastic. I rented it for a week with 3 friends, and it was even better than we had hoped. There is a great porch with a grill if you want to stay in for dinner, but you're just one block off Commercial Street if you want to go out. The walk to the bay beach is a peace of cake and even the mile or so walk to the ocean side was very manageable. It's also two blocks from the grocery store so you don't need to rent a car (though there's a parking space if you do). The owners thought of everything a renter might want - plenty of beach towels, some beach chairs, even some dvds for a night in and mini umbrellas for your drinks. And they were very accommodating when we brought our dogs. I highly recommend this place (just don't book it for the week I want)!
