This cabin was our home at one time, built in 1982 .It is round, 38 ft. in diameter and built from the trees that existed on the property. An addition was added which became my studio where I created Adirondack paintings. Our home was highlighted in Adirondack Life magazine in 1987 as being owner built, low cost and energy efficient. It is a passive solar design facing south.
The walls still have original paintings on them. You would think we still live there. The cabin is in a very quiet area with very little traffic and no neighbors. Montreal is 2 hours away, Lake Placid 25 miles and airports within the area.
