Totally remodeled, 1500 square foot, direct oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 12th floor.
Ceramic tile in the hallways, dining room and kitchen. Wood laminate flooring in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Living room has a large leather sectional sofa with a large 55" HD TV a VCR/DVD/CD player and a stereo system.
Large dining room table with 8 chairs, plus 4 bar stools at the counter. Fully stocked kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. Kitchen has been remodeled and includes beautiful pine wood cabinets, all white appliances. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled in January 2010. All 3 bedrooms have coordinated furniture. Master bedroom has a queen bed and 25" TV, second bedroom has a queen and 2 twins and 20" LCD TV, and the third bedroom has 2 twins and a 20" TV.
You will find a direct oceanfront view from living area, dining area and master bedroom and both ocean and bay views from the second and third bedrooms. There is a furnished balcony off of living room.
Our unit rents from Sunday to Sunday allowing for easier registration and reduced traffic congestion created by heavy Saturday check-ins.
We are ECO friendly and have converted all conventional light bulbs to CFL and LED light bulbs.
This is a nonsmoking unit.

During our recent stay, we found the amenities very convenient. Having use of both the heated indoor and outdoor pools was a huge plus. The beach is right at your doorstep also. The location of the building was perfect, near many good restaurants,ice cream parlors and mini golf and just a short drive to the boardwalk. The unit was spacious and immaculate. The views were spectacular. We found everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. Description and photos accurately describe this wonderful unit. We would highly recommend this unit.

The location was wonderful, the size of the rooms was great, beautifully laid out, the ocean view spectacular. The bathrooms had been recently updated. Access to the beach was easy. My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the beach and pools every day.The game room was fun and having the convenience store on site was "convenient". It was easy driving to mini golf, the movies, food stores, restaurants and souvenir shops. We did have trouble finding the boardwalk so went to Jolly Rogers for the kids. The only negative remarks I have was the kitchen was in need of serving bowls, crab crackers (it is Maryland after all), better assortment of pots and I'm not sure who does the cleaning after each guest leaves but it left alot to be desired. My granddaughter's knees were black after crawling around on the floor, the counters were full of crumbs, not counting all the sand. If not for that I would have given it an "excellent" in my rating.
Owner response:Each Spring we make a concerted effort to insure that we have enough dinnerware, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and wooden crab mallets for the upcoming season. I will have an inventory performed and replace any missing items as quickly as possible. Our cleaning person has been with us for five years she is an independent contractor and in the 18 years that we have been renting our unit we have never had a past complaint about the cleanliness of the unit. I have shared your comments with our cleaning person to insure future cleaning expectations are met. As you were aware we do have a rental agent on duty in the building 7 days a week. Had you brought any of your concerns to their attention upon check in or during your stay they would have immediately been rectified.
