looking south from the terrace toward lone surfer, Ponga Drops/Colorado break - Nicaragua Vacation Condo Rental New, spacious, BEACH FRONT 2nd floor (the top floor) condo with terrace overlooking it all. 2 bath/2 bedroom (one with a queen size bed, a 2nd with 2 single beds and there is a 3rd separate room without doors that will sleep 2 on a double size comfortable futon), with individual room a/c, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and maid service. Warm weather, warm ocean all year. Private swimming pool, 9-hole golf course ($10.00 p/p green fees with clubs and cart available to rent)and 2 of the best surf breaks in Central America: the Colorado and Ponga Drops. Plus many other amenities. This resort is not your typical tourist area. It is a secure out of the way paradise with abundant nature and wildlife, including frequent sightings of leatherback and other large turtles laying their eggs on the beach. Owner will provide additional regarding transportation, provisions, etc. when reservation is made.
