Carolina Shores Golf Course Home - Front View - Calabash, North Carolina Vacation Rental Welcome to our home in Calabash, NC which is located on the 13th Tee of Carolina Shores Golf Club. We are located in a quiet golf community 45 minutes South of historic Wilmington and 15 minutes North of North Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. The wide strand beaches of North and South Carolina are just minutes away from our lovely 3 bedroom home. The Carolina room and screened lanai overlook the golf course. The Calabash area offers a variety of restaurants to choose from, a unique shopping experience at Calahan's Nautical Store and several quaint shops in the area. There are over 100 golf courses to choose from in the North and South Carolina area surrounding our community. Come and experience the quiet life or venture out to Wilmington, NC or Myrtle Beach, SC where shopping and entertainment spots are plentiful. You might enjoy a dinner cruise on the Intracoastal Waterway or shelling and watching the shore birds each morning as you stroll the beaches. We have 1600 square feet of living space in our home with TV's in all 3 bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to dine in if you so desire. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided and a washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Other amenities that you can take advantage of are the community swimming pool and tennis courts. You are welcome to bring your pet with advance approval for a nominal fee. Reservations: A reservation deposit of $200 is required in order to book your reservation. An advance payment of 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before the rental date. The advance payment will be applied to the rent. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date. An $85.00 clean up fee is required. (The property is privately owned but managed by Starheel Properties in Calabash, N.C.
