Congratulations!!! This is one amazing condo that lives like a single family home. One block away from coffee or the sandy beaches that stretch for several miles with an adjacent "boardwalk" that is great for strolling. There are 2 bikes and a bike path that goes North to Oceanside Pier or South to Encinitas (another great beach town). We also have a private yard with a built in barbeque, Jacuzzi, patio chairs, beach chairs, and 2 kids trikes & beach toys for the kids.
There are 2 master suites each with queen beds, large bathrooms, huge walk in closets and patios. The kitchen is fully loaded and has granite counters, stainless appliances and cherry wood floors that are also in the dinning and living area. There is a romantic gas fireplace in the living room and in one master suite. There are 3 plasma TVs one in the living room and one in each master suite. A queen blow up mattress and 2 twins are available for additional guests. The 3 car driveway and two car garage will accommodate 5 cars.
Forty restaurants, three surf shops, 15 antique/collectible shops, numerous other shops, the village center, and train station are all within half of a mile. The local area also offers Legoland Amusement Park, shopping malls, biking, sport fishing, and golfing. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, and numerous other San Diego spots are a short drive or train ride away. Disneyland (61 miles) and Knotts Berry Farm (50 miles) are popular destinations to the north. Carlsbad is 45 minutes from Orange County Airport and San Diego Airport.
