Why the Owner Chose The 2801
Originally purchased as a second home when I was living down in Southern California. I loved that it was new construction, the architecture, and the location nestled in the foothills.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
I love that I have a private pool and spa in the backyard. The best thing is waking up early and watching the sun light up the mountains right behind me - the pink/orange hue of the mountains is breathtaking in the early mornings. I love being able to walk from my property to a great hiking trail right behind my house.

I live in San Francisco, CA and work in high tech. I bought the Palm Springs house as a second home when I lived down in Southern California, but decided to use it as a vacation rental once I moved back to San Francisco. I'm very active, so I love that the property is right across the street from Indian Canyon Golf Course as well as minutes from some spectacular hikes in the foothills.
