Casa Eden is a recently built and very comfortable home within the exclusive Hermosa Palms, a unique beachfront gated community with 24 hour security, just south of the surfing town of Playa Hermosa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica.
Only 100 yards away you have access to a very large community pool and to Hermosa beach, one of the best and most consistent surf breaks in Costa Rica and home to many international surfing events.
It's owned by a family from the USA and professionally managed by Beach home Costa Rica Vacation Rentals. Our office is located in downtown Jaco, where we greet you and then escort you to the house. We're there to assist you in planning your vacation and attending all issues. We'll also give you insider tips and special tour pricing.

Casa Eden house is fully air conditioned and is well equipped with a large fridge, stove and oven, charcoal grill, washer and dryer. If you don't like air conditioning, ceiling fans will also keep you cool.
All rooms are upstairs. Master bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet with a safe box large enough for a laptop, an en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the front. The second and third bedrooms have closets and bunk beds with Twin on top and Double below. They share the bathroom at the end of the hallway.
The back yard is large and can be used for a barbecue with the house's charcoal grill. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The house has a large water holding tank for when municipal water is shut off.
We definitely recommend this house as a great bargain for those wanting to stay in Hermosa. Hermosa Palms is located south of the surf town of Playa Hermosa, a 5 minute drive. It's only a 1:30 hours drive from San Jose airport. The road is paved all the way. Hermosa has lively restaurants and bars where surfers and locals hang together. There are some mom and pop grocery stores. For more variety you can head to the tourist town of Jaco, only a 15 minute drive away.
Only a few minutes away is the National Wild Life Refuge of Playa Hermosa, whose main purpose is to protect the Olive Ridley sea turtles. The egg laying season is July to December. During September and October you may watch thousands of turtle eggs hatch from their nests and head to the ocean. It's an incredible spectacle.
Other beaches to explore nearby include Esterillos and Bejuco. Manuel Antonio is not far away and we recommend a day tour.
