Welcome! Thank you for looking at our condo! We’d love to have you come stay with us!
We purchased this condo with our family and friends in mind. We wanted a centrally located condo in downtown Winter Park, that was a quick easy walk to shops and restaurants, and one that had many amenities all enclosed in one building.
We found it at Silverado II. Here, you’ll find a pool, hot tubs, sauna, small workout room, game room, and laundry room. All were recently remodeled. There is also ski storage and underground parking. Also shop at the Silverado Ski Shop for outdoor clothing or souvenirs or rent/demo the newest ski equipment. Everything is located inside one complex. No frozen hair (or whining kids!) as you run from pool or hot tub to car to condo!
Our Non-Smoking, mountain get-away has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a new, plush, king bed and a full private bath. It also has a balcony, alarm clock and 26" LCD HD TV with DVD. The second room has two twin beds, or if you prefer, we can convert the twins to a king bed. This room also has new mattresses, a 26" LCD HD TV with DVD, private balcony and clock radio. The second bath is located between the bedroom and the living/dining rooms. The living room has vaulted ceilings with a queen hide-away bed, 42"Plasma TV, VCR and DVD Player and stereo with cassette and CD. High Speed Wireless Internet is also available at no cost. The condo is fully furnished with new linens and a remodeled kitchen with tile floor and granite countertops. We also stock our condominium with tp, papertowels, hand and body soap, dish soap, spices and basic cooking necessities. Relax on the leather sofa in the living room and watch a movie on cable or DVD while warming yourself by the gas burning fireplace.
Winter Park and Mary Jane ski area's are 5-10 minutes away by car, 10-15 minutes away by free shuttle that picks you up at the front door every 30 minutes. This shuttle will also escort you to more than 40 restaurants and bars and numerous shops and boutiques throughout Winter Park and Fraser.

- The Winter Park area has a lot to offer from snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snow cat tours, ice skating, and cross country skiing. The ski areas appeal to all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Learn to ski at Discovery Park or enjoy the #1 rated mogul runs, or the specialty freestyle terrain parks that offer half pipes and various levels of jumps. The award winning Children's Center will entertain, teach and watch over your children for a few hours, or all day. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall, the area offers Putt Putt Golf, Alpine Slide, Chairlift rides, extensive bike trails, golfing, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing just to name a few. Rocky Mountain National Park's east entrance is also just 30 minutes away

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Owner was very easy to work with and made sure our stay was a nice one. We will definitely be staying here again!

Excellent place for your summer vacation - quiet, VERY clean, comfortable, close to many fun activities in the area. There are two reasons I didn't give it a 5-star rating: (1) washer and dryer are not in the unit itself, but 4 levels down in a shared laundry (which is a bit of a pain if you use it multiple times); (2) the sleeper sofa (which we used because there were 5 of us) is extremely uncomfortable. On the upside, the king bed is amazingly comfortable! Overall it is a GREAT place and we hope to come back again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The condo is right in the middle of the gorgeous Rocky Mountains and the town of Winter Park is full of fun activities. The condo is decorated nicely and has every ammenity needed for a comfortable vacation. Plus, the king size bed is beyond cozy!!

This was a perfect size for a family of four. The condo was very clean/well-maintained, the beds were very comfortable and they supplied a lot of extras that many condos do not include (as spices, sugar, coffee, laundry detergent, syrup, plenty of towels, paper towels, TP, Kleenex, ziplog bags, etc. We didn't use all this but it was nice to have the option). I liked that there were lots of hooks to hang wet clothes to dry out after skiing or using the pool/hot tub. We ended up driving each day to the slopes but I do think most people used the ski lockers and free shuttle service that was available. The only drawbacks (which were pretty minor I felt) is we had a some trouble controlling/adjusting the temperature at times in the different rooms, there was no elevator to our condo(we were on the third floor), and the hallway got a little noisy at times. However, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this to other families.

Our family loves this condo! With 3 TV's, the kids are always happy and it makes for a great home away from home! The heated indoor pool and hot tubs are a great hit as well after a day on the slopes! Jennifer is awesome to work with!

My family and I stayed for an extended period at this condo, and we loved it. The condo is well equipped and furnished. The views were good, and there was plenty of room for kids to play in the snow or on the little playground right outside the window (in warmer weather). Underground parking, convenient ski gear closet, ski bus stop right at the condo complex, and restaurant/bar/pool/hot-tub in the complex make the stay even nicer. In non-snowy weather, there's an easy little path that can be walked to reach Winter Park town within 5 minutes. During ski season, the ski bus works well. Jennifer, the condo owner, was super nice and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at one of her places again!
