  Thank you Trina & Blaine for sharing your wonderful condo with us. My family and I enjoyed our vacation and will definitely come back. The condo is impeccably clean, modern, and well appointed. Dilcia is a sweetheart and having her take care of the cooking & cleaning made for a really relaxing time. The pool was perfect and has a 1ft section for the kids to wade in. Having a washer & dryer in our unit was indispensable. I felt completely safe at all times and would recommend this place to friends and family. We visited Playa Cofresi, Playa Sosua, and Playa Cabarete. Our favorite was Sosua. A tip to anyone renting a car - ask directions to Lifestyle Villas near Ocean World and then mention John Dobbs as the property manager and you will be led directly to the property. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Thanks again.

  We just returned from a 4 week stay at this property. It was a great unit. Convenient to the beach but has limited ocean views. The unit is even better than the photos on this site. It is very clean and the housekeeper keeps it spotless. Carlito, one of the workers wet out of his way to assist us with any concers, Everything was there that you needed for a great vacation. Television were small and there was only one. The lani off the living room was great. From there you can view the pool, waterfall and gazebo along with great ground level view of the landscaping of the property. The dvd didn't work and the owner refused to replace it. All in all we would come back again and recommend this unit to others.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Great stay at a Great Property. Your condo unit is 5 stars ideally located and stocked with everything that a traveler would need. The staff kept the unit spotless. Having traveled in the Dominican Republic for many years and having stayed at many hotels and privet properties my time here was one of my most memorable. I will definitely return here. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

  Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find this very attractive condo to be spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Other great features included a washer & dryer, a well-equipped kitchen (i.e. coffee maker, microwave, etc), and free wi-fi connection. The two full bedrooms were very comfortable and the two full bathrooms loaded with clean towels. The landscaping definitely added to the beautiful complex, and the pool was well maintained. The condo housekeeper, Dilcia, was very nice and willing to help us to make us comfortable. Taxis were readily available to take us anywhere we wanted, Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Sosua, etc. Ocean World was just a short walk down the road and well worth visiting (restaurant and casino also attached). After we had traveled from the interior of this country, it was a truly a refreshing conclusion to a long trip. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a refreshing retreat. The owner's photos and description was extremely helpful in our selection (which were accurate as we found out.

  This is a great property in a nice location! Blaine was very responsive to my inquiries and needs, and the welcome information he provided was very useful. The pictures reflect the property well, and it is very clean and in great condition. Dilcia was wonderful and she did her job without interfering with our privacy. There are some very good local restaurants and a small store close by, and Ocean World is just down the street. All in all, great property that I would stay at again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  It was our pleasure to spend two wonderful weeks at this Club Paradise condo in Playa Cofresi. The listing description and pictures were the most accurate of any property we have had the pleasure to rent over the past four years. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and maintained that way throughout our entire stay. Delcia, our Dominican housekeeper/cook, went out of her way to assist us with our grocery store/fresh market shopping. While we lounged around the pool, she magically cleaned our condo and filed the air with the sweet smells of another delicious home-cooked Dominican meal. Trina and Blaine (condo owners) went out of their way to answer all our questions in a very timely manner and were more than helpful in their recommendations. There was never a need for us to contact them during our entire stay, insuring us a worry free vacation. Luis, the general manager of the complex, was front and center at all times to answer our questions, arrange taxis and tours and even lent us a cellphone to use during our stay. Playa Cofresi is small, peacful and quite beautiful. It was just what we were looking for in a vacation. We would strongly recommend this property to others looking for the same level of relaxation. On the few occassions we dined out, we walked to three local restaurants and enjoyed them all.........although, Los Charros was our favourite. Ocean World is about a five minute walk away and a destination in itself. We attended their Las Vegas style show one evening and were overwhelmed by the costumes and professionalism of the singers and dancers. Indeed, this is a must see show. We combined one of our grocery shopping trips to Puerto Plata with a city tour and really enjoyed seeing the city from a different perspective. Please use Jeffrey #1 in Playa Cofresi as your tour guide...........he is terrific. We also had a full day trip to Paradise Island for snorkling on a beautiful coral reef and lunch in a nearby seaside restaurant. We absolutely loved the experience, but be forewarned that the bus trip lasts about two hours over some very bumpy roads. In conclusion, we loved this condo and the friendliness of the Dominican people. The experience certainly exceeded our expectations.

  Absolutely beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean and a sparking pool right outside the spare room balcony. Dilcia, the housekeeper, was wonderful and did an excellent job maintaining the condo and preparing our breakfast. Luis was there for whatever we needed. We would highly recommend this place. Very peaceful!

  I have traveled extensively in The Dominican Rep. in the past. I was looking for a great place to take my two teenage daughters for a week in FEB09. This is the Place for you! The condo is better than the pics can do justice. This is a well managed property, Thanks to Louis the property mangager, for all your good work and to Dilcia and Nikki, for taking such great care of me and my two girls. You wont do any better than this property on the entire North coast. A safe, clean, well managed complex, on quite Cofressi Bay. We had incredible adventures each day, and returned to our beautiful condo each night for a comfortable sleep and a wonderful breakfast each morning!. Things you must see include Waterfalls near Imbert, about 30 mins away. Paradise island, great reefs at playa rusia about 3 hours west (the real "ocean world"!) Humpback wales about 4 hours east at Samana bay Please feel free to call me for more info on this amazing rental. You wont do any better for the money.   We have been to the Puerto Plata more then a dozen times. This is a beautiful apartment. Everything is brand new and just perfect. We were tired of the all inclusives and looking for a quiet relaxing vacation in a safe area with the beach 1 minute away. We found it! The decor in the apartment is the nicest and most inviting out all of all of the units! Dilcia is a fabulous cook and Luis is easily accessible and will help with anything! We were so comfortable and truly happy on our 11 day vacation. Blaine and Trina are so easy and nice to deal with and we plan on staying again for the month of August! Have a drink at Ahora and grab a bite at Desperado's... We miss it already!
