Amazing 4 bedroom, 4 bath unit in pristine condition. The unit is 2000 square feet. I own many rental units and this is the one I vacation at every year.
This condominium is located at 1625 S. Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach. The unit is all high end upgrades. Granite counter tops, whirlpool bath, big screen TV, large patio, large outdoor pool, indoor pool. The unit is also within walking distance to beach stores, a restaurant/bar with a deck on the beach. Brought the whole family down to North Myrtle and rented this condo, it was very spacious and accomodating for all of us. Beautiful view from the large and spaciuos balcony. Modern amenities and decor. Right on the beach, but also has a private pool as an alternative. Furniture and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and you can't hear the neighbors. Close to a lot of great golf if that is part of your trip. Great little bar/restaurant next door which gives you a local option for lunch, dinner, or drinks if you don't feel like driving anywhere. We look very forward to renting this unit again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

Our trip to Myrlte Beach last year was just fantastic. We stayed at Crescent Shores which has an incredible view of the ocean, great sand for kids to play in, two pools within feet of the beach, one of the pools being a lazy river. There was also a very nice hot tub that we enjoyed nightly. The unit above was very well furnished with modern amenities and furniture. It has a very nice dining area, four large bedrooms, laundry and a table and chairs on the porch allowing you to eat dinner outside. The other thing we enjoyed was that there is a restarurant/bar within walking distance along with many stores very close. There were also many great restaurants, attractions such as water parks, go karts and sight seeing tours very close. This unit was also extremely clean. I would highly recommend this unit to a family and anyone looking for a great place not too far from the airport who loves the beach. I will be going back again soon.

Our group of four senior ladies enjoyed a week-long vacation at this condo last Spring. We found the owner easy to work with and the unit was exactly as described and pictured, including its appearance and cleanliness. The location is very close to many attractions in the North Myrtle Beach area and is only a short drive to Myrtle Beach. We really enjoyed the outdoor, as well as, indoor pools. The view from the ocean front balcony is breathtaking and the one from the rear is equally appealing. This listing is perfect for couples or singles, primarily because of the four private bathrooms. All in all, we had such an enjoyable week that we are returning Spring 2011. Thanks, Shane, for working with us so well and meeting our needs. We can't wait for our next trip!!

We loved this condo! It was the best equipped condo we have stayed in at North Myrtle Beach, and we go there every year. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again when all of our family is going to the beach.
