The owners of this Bungalo spend as much time as they can at this house so they have spared no expense in furnishing and equipping it with every imaginable amenity including an on-the-walll 50-inch plasma TV with theater surround sound, DVD and cd player, I pod player, stereo and a Wii game console so make sure your children bring their games with them. The home has high-speed internet service so you can stay connected with business and friends while on vacation. Also for your faimly entertainment is a host of board and card games.
The kitchen is loaded with everything needed to make those gourmet meals if desired. From the 16 piece Calphalon professional stainless steel pots and pans to the deluxe stemware and dinnerware along with a host of appliances that will make the family chef feel right at home.
There are two master suites with a king size bed in each and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has an attached luxury bath and all rooms have high-end furniture with custom and designer bedspreads and drapes.
Our Bungalo is located at the end of the street so your children are safe to play away from all of the traffic and noise associated with the front of the subdivision and around the pool; yet, the pool and putting green are still only a quick walk away.
Our guarantee to you is stay in our Bungalo once and we promise that you will return in the future to enjoy our home again. Our home is in mint condition and is equipped with every amenity needed to make your vacation an enjoyable experience.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more.
Amenities: Four TV's – including a 50” high definition plasma TV, DVD, CD player, games, well stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels).
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted.
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
