This is a beautiful newly renovated house, centrally located in Manuel Antonio, however very secluded.
The house features a great living room and kitchen, nice pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, Internet and computer, Cable TV, three rooms and three and a half bath rooms distributed this way:
One room carries a full size bed and Jacuzzi
One room with a one full bed, a twin bed and private bathroom
One room with two bunk beds and shared bad rooms
The house is a 5 minutes car drive from stores, restaurants and other facilities; however the location is as quiet as it gets in Manuel Antonio.
The house is located around 3 k. from Quepos and 4 k from Manuel Antonio Beach. The house is located just a K from the main road between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. It is located on the top of the hill overlooking the beautiful valley of Pocares Portalon and Playa del Rey.
Manuel Antonio Beaches are considered some of the best beaches in Costa Rica. They are probably the most photographed.

me and my family stayed for 4 days at this great house, and i have to say that it was great place to stay, big spacius house with awesome view. this are soe of the pros full kitchen ( bring food so u can cook ) internet accsess on site care taker ( great guy ) gated and secluded cons (it depends on you) pool is not deep only the rooms have ac and for some reason costa ricans dont belice on hot water tanks so the way water is heated is with this thing on top of the shower and it is not fast enough on heating water ( again this is a matter of taste) i hope you enjoy your stay at villa amanecer as much as i did
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
