  The house was perfect for everyone. The kids enjoyed the pool after our fun filled days we had at Disney World, sea World, Animal Kingdom & Cocoa Beach. Not only did we have fun, we also had the ability to feel at home and safe. We are already looking forward to our next trip back.

  We really enjoyed the pool! We had a really great time. The pool was nice and we spent a lot of time swimming! There was lots of room and it was great to come back after a long day. Really nice place.

  We loved having our own pool! The kids certainly had their fill of swimming. House was fantastic, roomy & well decorated. We will be back!

  Everything we expected, great spa with a lovely pool. Quiet area. Found home to be very clean considering it is rental all the time. Very close to Walmart for those get to get now things. Felt very safe in this beautiful gated community.

  Excellent place for family holiday base. Very spacious and plenty of storage space, pool & spa are fabulous. Plenty of towels, linen & crockery for all seven of us. Contempo lady was very helpful with any queries and questions, both about the villa and tourist info. Overall excellent place. We would definitely come back to this villa.

  Beautiful, spacious & Very comfortable villa. Swimming pool and spa were amazing. We found everything pleasant, nice and homely. We will highly recommend the villa to our friends.

  This has been a fantastic Holiday. Record Temps for the time of year in the 90s, phew!! The parks are unbelievable literally. The people we have found to be kind and friendly. The villa is very comfortable, already shivering at the thought of returning home to Scotland.

  From a land far in the north came the Rodrick family. They came in search of sun & fun and all their Disney wishes came true. After the day searching they came here to a sumptuous home and a fab pool- please can I take the house home to Scotland- I would take the pool too but having not much use for it I will leave it for others to enjoy!Thank you for providing every comfort.

  Wow, 3 weeks of comfort and well equipped living. Enough room for all of us to spread out and have fun. Close enough to all the action but far enough for peace and quiet. The pool was fantastic to wake you in the morning, have fun during the day or cool off after a busy day.

  Property actually was better than the pictures. We enjoyed everything about the house. Used the heated pool every day. There was a problem with the wireless internet and my computer. Something in the living room kept knocking off the internet. I felt it was the motion detector but don't really know. Had to use the computer in the bedroom to have any success. I would suggest a large screen TV for the living room. Other than that, the property was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Out the back of the property beyond the pool, there is an open field and that made the property feel very private. We would definately stay here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed 3 couples for a week and had plenty of room,the house is big enough for more without crawling over each other .We all had our own washrooms,no waiting for the line ups...It was super clean and nicely decorated.....A must to go to is Manny's just down the hwy...We loved our stay and will be booking next year at the same spot......

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  My daughter, her husband, my 2 grandchildren (ages 18 months and 4.5 years old) and myself stayed in the villa for 8 days while in the Haines City area for a family wedding. We found the villa to be very clean and easily accessible to everything we needed. We were impressed with the layout and how everything flowed together so well. We also found the pool and hot tub to be very clean and well maintained and child friendly as well as safe. The children were able to play in the patio area without worry due to the child safety fence around the pool and hot tub. We would suggest a child lock on all doors leading outdoors due to young children being able to open the doors. We were happy to receive an email part way through our experience from the owner inquiring how our visit was going and to see if there were any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone who needs a quiet, relaxing getaway that is close to everything or far enough away to get some quiet. Thank you for everything and hopefully this Villa will be available next time we come to Florida!
