This two story cedar home has a great view of the lake and is situated on a flat lot. Large covered deck overlooking lake is great for entertaining and lower deck is great for grilling. Minutes from Sinclair's Restaurant, Real Island and Kowaliga Marinas. Home is located off big water which makes skiing, wake boarding and tubing enjoyable.
Enough room for two families to share for the week. The fourth bedroom is great for kids with multiple twin beds. All appliances furnished and new stove with convection oven for the cooks of the bunch. Tile Floors throughout home and beautiful pine walls in den and master bedroom. Charcoal Grill is provided.
Dock can accomodate three boats. Large deck adjoining dock is great for sunbathing or enjoying the view.

- Lakefront: During winter months water is several feet less. There is still a gorgeous view but, you can not dock boat to pier. The water rises in summer months, you can dock boat at our pier.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$150 per night September 15th through February 28th or $2200 per month
During months March 1st- April 30th $175/night 3 night minimum
May 1st-September 14th $995/week (1 week minimum)
Holiday weeks $1250/week Holidays include Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day
Discounts for monthly rates
Cleaning fee of $130 and $200 Deposit. $300 deposit if bring animals
