Beautiful, well kept home, close to all amenities. Owners extremely helpful with everything, including local information. Loved our stay and the views from the house. Luxury. We are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children (17,16,14,11). We will be back PG.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our two week stay greatly. The home fit our needs, with two children, surprisingly well. We had plenty of room The accomodations were impeccalbe and refreshing. All the appliances were in working order and the beds comfortable. The bath and showers were clean and roomy. The pictures posted on the site were true to reality.There were plenty of restaurants and a town with all kinds of stores, in walking distance. The owners left accurate directions to beach, church and interesting sites. I would recommend this property.

Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Resort house

I found the rental to be in great condition. It was very well laid out and felt like I was in my own home. It is in a quiet residential area close to town and restuarants. The layout was is also a plus it offered amenities that are hard to find. the propery is maintained in execellent condition. I would recomend to my close friends. The listing is accurate, photo's reflect the appearance of the property.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers.

A Terrific Place to Stay!

This turned out to be an ideal location and a very charming and spotlessly clean rental. The proximity to the rr station and the local shopping was perfect. Unlike a lot of other rentals we have tried near the shore, both in NY and NJ, this was a very quiet area where one could still drive a short distance away to nightlife, if that's what you like. We have stayed in the Hamptons in the past but after staying here, we were hooked. The owners are professionals who are attentive but non-intrusive. Overall, we were very happy.

Bad Experience

The landlord was constantly around the property invading our privacy and imposed restrictions that were not in the contract. Noise from the nearby train tracks disrupted sleep throughtout the night, cat odor, very limited cable TV (no ESPN), no wifi, landlord was unresponsive to improperly working outdoor grill. Not a relaxing experience.

Owner response:Unfortunately, these Guests violated their lease by bringing two dogs into our house. Significant damage was done and although the majority of their security deposit was returned, they were very angry that any money was withheld for repairs. This review reflects that anger. It was a rare event that was upsetting to all parties.
