This new 2007 fully furnished two level custom mountain home is on the 5th fairway of the Torreon Cabin golf course. Torreon is in the White mountains at 6600 ft. on the Mogollon rim among the tall pines and close to many lakes. The community has extensive hiking trails, shopping, and dining.
The home is set on a hillside with no current neighbors on either side. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery from either the large upper deck or the lower deck - both have comfortable padded deck chairs and couches. The upper deck is partially covered by a large peaked roof, has gas heaters and a large built in gas infrared grill overlooking the golf course.
Golf course privileges at Torreon are not included in the rental of this home but there are many other local courses to play.
This 4000 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are master suites. The two upper suites have fireplaces and all three have custom bathrooms with slab granite, travertine tile, and expansive showers. There are hardwood floors throughout the common areas both upstairs and down. The great room has tall ceilings, surround sound, and connects to a fully equipped custom kitchen with granite countertops and a large island. The home has a downstairs game room with pool table/ping pong and a 60" HDTV with satellite and DVD player. There is a large steam room for 7 containing a shower with body jets. Outside on the lower patio, there is a Sundance Jacuzzi spa and an outdoor fireplace. Guests under 7 years of age are not permitted due to the spa.
There are unlimited outdoor activities in the area in all four seasons. In the winter, Sunrise ski resort is 45 minutes away. Fishing, hiking, biking, and horse back riding are all close by. This home provides the ultimate relaxing getaway just 3 hours from either Phoenix or Tucson.

i must tell you-the pictures do not even begin to tell you what the place REALLY looks like! it is just fabulous: gourmet kitchen with everything in it; incredible views on the upper level that make you think you are sitting in the pine trees; great outdoor deck with fabulous lounge chairs; game room that occupies the kids with ping pong, pool table and wide screen TV; and what a great idea: a steam room and an outside jacuzzi/spa... they even included bath robes in each of the bedrooms... you will want to live in this property forever; clean, efficient, private, great views, high-end quality and worth it... i am already considering when we can go up for the summer; this getaway is one of our favorite that we have EVER rented--we even woke up to a light snowfall one morning--maybe the owner planned that for effect------but, it worked... be sure to consider this jewel in the mountains for your next getaway... the linens, towels, tile throughout and kitchen items were the best ever ! i give it 5 stars, no doubt !
