Our Sanctuary Point property is a 2,178 square foot Single Family 3 bedroom, 3 bath + den. The home was built in 2004 and is set amid 100 acres in a most gorgeous nature preserve.
All the cabinets are made out of birch tree. The kitchen has corean counter tops. Other features are: 17' tiles diagonal, plantation shutters and a bricked paved driveway.

Why the Owner Chose Sterling Oaks
We purchased the house in Naples, to meet our old friends from Germany to play Golf and Tennis with them. We picked Sterling Oaks due to two reasons, the beautifull gardenlike streets and the 13 Tennis courts and the tennis club life.
The Unique Benefits at this House
While my wife enjoys the outstanding shopping malls and the old Downtown of Naples, I like to play Golf at the 30+ Golf courses.

We did enjoy the fabulos house second time within a period of 2 years and we at the date of departure may 31st 2011 did book for another 2 months in 2012. this, in our opinion, does tell more than any other descroption might do.This year we did host our son, our daughter and her friend, which did work well because of spacy and comfortable rooms in the house.Receiving the naples newspaper every day was an additional topic to be added to those other "valuables" of the house. See you soon again.

The house is lovely and spacious on two floors, with a good sized pool and patio area. The property is well maintained and clean and ideal for our family of four (without even using the extra room which can be used as an additional bedroom). We would definitely recommend it to friends and would look to stay there again if we were taking another holiday in the Naples area. Ther owners were very helpful in responding to our queries and the description and photos of the property do accurately reflect how lovely the property really is. The pool at Sterling Oaks is lovely and the location is perfect for a number of local beaches and shopping malls.

My husband and I had a wonderful month in this home. The home was clean and comfortable. We loved the community...so safe and secure with good walking areas. Our grandchildren came down for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time in the pool in the backyard as well as the large pool at the clubhouse. I went to the fitness gym almost every day..riding the bikes to and from each day. The weather in March was wonderful...sunshine everyday but one. The time just flew by and we hated to leave. Thank you so much for sharing!!

After having spend several vacations in "condos" at Sterling oaks, we had been familiar with all those nearby attractions as shores, restaurants, shopping facilities and city of naples. We also knew the chances to find partners for tennis and to join daly water-gym as my wife did Stepping in into Property 183268 did bring us into another dimension. We enjoyed big space of rooms located at different floors and didn`t miss anything. The house did show up exactly as described and extremely clean.Prior to leaving for flying back to Germany we placed our booking for 2011 and look forward to another great vacation.. .

All the information regarding the location, appearance and amenities of the property were extremely accurate. The house was delightful,clean and well maintained and provided a most comfortable stay, the beautiful swimming pool adding to the enjoyment. Great choice of shops and restaurants nearby and Bonita and Vanderbilt beaches were a few minutes by car .Olde Naples,a short drive south was ideal for evening entertainment with harbour cruises, bars and bistros and more shops .A combined ticket for the Sugden theatre and dinner in a nearby restaurant, was particularly good value.Any concerns were promptly answered by the owner and there is no hesitation in recommending this property.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday in Sterling Oaks. The house was clean, large, and very well appointed. As renters, we were able to use the Sterling Oaks facilities, including the olympic-sized swimming pool, fitness room, and community center. The house is well located in North Naples. Great beaches, fine restaurants, and shopping are all close by. The contract process was easy and very professional. The owners provided timely responses to all my email inquiries. I would highly recommend this house for a great family vacation.

the interaction between myself and owner was excellent. I found Sterling Oaks to be terrific,comfortable, spotless. Our grandchildren found the swimming pool and all else to be better than advertized,it sure beats the cold and snow.
