Our Sanctuary Point property is a 2,178 square foot Single Family 3 bedroom, 3 bath + den. The home was built in 2004 and is set amid 100 acres in a most gorgeous nature preserve.
All the cabinets are made out of birch tree. The kitchen has corean counter tops. Other features are: 17' tiles diagonal, plantation shutters and a bricked paved driveway.

Why the Owner Chose Sterling Oaks
We purchased the house in Naples, to meet our old friends from Germany to play Golf and Tennis with them. We picked Sterling Oaks due to two reasons, the beautifull gardenlike streets and the 13 Tennis courts and the tennis club life.
The Unique Benefits at this House
While my wife enjoys the outstanding shopping malls and the old Downtown of Naples, I like to play Golf at the 30+ Golf courses.
