This is an open spaced home with a cook's kitchen. All you need is your food. I have all the basic equipment for cooking. The beds are comfortable with soft sheets and down comforters. There is a quaint courtyard for grilling or relaxing. While walking to the historic landmarks downtown you will pass charming gardens and piazzas.

The home is in a safe neighborhood near MUSC and The College of Charleston. It is out of the congestion of the tourist area but close enough to walk to restaurants and historical sites. Bring your bicycles and leave your car parked. I provide recommendations for our many delicious restaurants.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse

Art is my passion. You will be surrounded by original oil painting and handmade pottery. I am a "foodie" so I enjoy nice wine glasses and creative dinner ware. The quality of the sheets and towels will make your stay a little more comfortable. My home is out of the congestion of the commercial area but close enough to engage you within minutes.

I love living in downtown Charleston. You are minutes away from history, entertainment and beauty. When I moved here in 1987, I knew this was the only place for me. I tried to create a home and surroundings that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Cooking is one of my joys. I enjoy entertaining so I created a cook's kitchen where guests can visit with me while you cook. My home is convenient for walking to shops, restaurants or viewing the lovely gardens. After arrival put away your car and either walk, bike or call a bike taxi to where ever you need to go.

    • My husband and I absolutely adored our stay at Robin's home, which is adorned by her own wonderful art work. We came back each day from our exploring on our 'babymoon' saying to each other how happy we were to be coming back there as opposed to a hotel. It was super comfortable (both the bed and the couch), quiet, and felt like an authentic Charleston experience. We grilled on the beautiful terrace/garden, utilized the parking spot and loved this as our home base. It was super clean upon our arrival and Robin took the time to outline restaurant suggestions in materials she prepared for us. Please feel free to email with questions specific to your vacation.

    • This property is within walking distance to all activities downtown charleston. It is on a quite street that gives you all comforts and privacy of home. Robin has various pieces of art in her home that are very nice and unique. A great value for the money.
