In addition to the normal linens and kitchen utensils you expect from a luxury rental, you will have access to kid's sand toys, boogie boards and a wagon to haul your play gear to and from the beach.
The condominium is located in one of 2 beachfront buildings located in the Minorca community. These 2 buildings are the only two in the community that share the beachfront pool and a direct boardwalk over the dunes to the sandy beach. In addition to this exclusive pool, there is a clubhouse pool shared with the entire community that is available. Both pools have a hot tub and ample seating.
