  We found this condo on line and we were so pleased to find that it lived up to all of our expectations. Renee and Laura were very easy to work with and they did everything to assure our stay was great. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and is beautifully furnished. When you walk in, it is impossible not to immediately notice the gorgeous gulf view. The kitchens and baths are recently updated with very nice cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has beautiful 24 inch tile flooring. There is plenty of storage in both bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is completely stocked, and we ate fresh seafood every night. We had absolutely no complaints about any of the accommodations. Of course, the beach front location is the best part of the condo! It has a large balcony that has doors leading to both the living room and master bedroom and looks right onto the gulf. We spent many hours just enjoying the view and the sounds of the gulf. You can even see the front pool from the balcony. I went with my husband and 2 boys, ages 9 and 6. We all loved the beach, the 2 pools and the hot tub, of course. I wouild recommend this to anyone traveling with family. The guests were all very pleasant and the grounds were all very well maintained. We did not bring a pet, and were a little concerned that we might notice pet smells, but that was not an issue at all. The condo smelled very fresh and clean. People who do have their pets with them are very respectful, so if you are not a dog person, I would not let the fact that this property is pet friendly steer you away. We will plan definitely plan on renting from Renee and Laura again, and I see no reason why we would pick a different unit than 2405 at Maravilla. We loved it!!

  This is our 4th time coming to your condos. Every year you improve things. The condo looks great. We enjoyed our vacation so much last week and want to start planning for next year. Is the unit open the same week next september?

  Our trip to Maravilla 2405 was in late October. We found this property was really wonderful. The condo was very clean, well equipped, updated, and in a perfect location. We loved the view from the top floor balcony was fantastic. For those who love the beach, building two in Maravilla is the best. Laura and Renee were so easy to work with. One of the main reasons for selecting this condo was that it was "pet friendly". We brought a small dog who felt right at home. The location was ideal for us. Great restaurants are within walking distance and shopping and other attractions are not far away. Renee and Laura took time to prepare a visitor's guide complete with restaurants and other attractions which really took stress out of "where to go" and "what to eat." The beach was really nice and the water unbelievably beautiful. The beach service provided by this unit was a great benefit. This condo is away from the huge mega condos and life is a little simpler and more relaxed here. This condo has wifi which worked perfectly along with new flat screen tv's. First class! We loved it and will return again soon.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful condo! Renee thought of everything including extra trash bags, dispensers of soap at each sink and dishwasher liquid. Those are the small things that mean a lot when you don't have to go buy them for your week stay. She also provided a great list of her recommended restaurants and we tried several, all we really enjoyed. A special shout out for the Ocean's Club early dinner. We liked it so much we returned there a second night. Also loved the little place two blocks away with the Grouper sandwiches, I can't remember the name, but it's in her book. Pompano Joe's was great and so was Peppito's for Mexican food. Every place she recommended was tried and true. The condo is just as in the photos represent: very pretty, professionally decorated and very comfortable. The mattresses are very comfortable, and my adult son slept on the sofa bed and he said it was also very comfortable! We especially appreciated the balcony and ate our breakfast out there every morning. My elderly parents were with us, and they were on the balcony most of the day. There were no mosquitos--I walked my dog at all hours and not one bite, and if they're around, they line up to get to me! The beach here is beautiful and very private, the chairs and umbrella are great and where I spent my most relaxing times. The pool is sparkling and the water warm, easy to get to the pool and beach from this apartment. All in all, I highly recommend this condo and Renee is great to work with! We hope to return one day soon! PS my Sheltie gave it 4 paws up!

  From Flipkey/Tripadvisor "Our vacation was fun filled. We so enjoyed our condo are Maravilla and the ease of working with Renee. This is our 6th time at Maravilla and our 3 time renting from Renee. Condo 2405 is very nice and has a wonderful view of the beach. We also like that we are able to bring our dog with us each year. We are planning a return trip next year.

The unit was very comfortable, with nice furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. We found the location to be convenient to grocery stores and good restaurants. The entire property was well kept and a safe place for young teenagers and adults alike. To find such a nice place that was pet-friendly was wonderful...we will return"

  Trip Advisor" was very impressed with the condo. The location was excellent. The condo property was very clean and the 2 pools and the grounds were immaculate. The condo was clean but could have used better cleaning in the bathrooms. The condo was newly remodeled and it was the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The condo was close to malls, grocery stores and many great restaurants. Overall, the experience was wonderful and we definitely want to return to Maravilla and the Miramar Beach area"
