Welcome to our home away from home. Its a newer house with all modern appliances. Everything you need to make your stay perfect is already there, just bring your clothes, toiletries and food!
Large fenced in back/side yard. Corner lot with a circular driveway for plenty of parking. Less than 10 minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, golf, movies, shops and grocery stores.
Three bedrooms and two full baths. Large living room area. Huge, open kitchen with all the necessary appliances and gadgets.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, gigantic closet, walk in shower, his/her sinks. The master bedroom is on the left side of the house to add a little privacy. On the right side of the house are the other 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom, the 'kids' room has a bunk bed. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full size mattress. The living room is big enough to toss a few air mattresses down for extra kids.

If your looking for a great home away from home, then this is the place to rent in Havasu! This is a super nice and clean house with everthing you would need to enjoy a nice weekend at the lake. The house was every bit as great as the listing photos and description. It is so spacious, clean and well taken care of. The furniture is very comfortable which is a real plus to us. It's located close to the London Bridge area and downtown which made it perfect for our daily walks by the bridge. We got back home last week and we sure miss the sunshine! We loved the house and the owners were so pleasant to deal with. There were only two of us but this home would work well for a family as it has a really nice rec room attached.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
