Welcome to our home away from home. Its a new house with all modern appliances. Everything you need to make your stay perfect is already there, just bring your clothes, toiletries and food!
Large fenced in back/side yard. Corner lot with a circular driveway for plenty of parking. Less than 10 minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, golf, movies, shops and grocery stores.
Three bedrooms and two full baths. Large living room area. Huge, open kitchen with all the necessary appliances and gadgets.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, gigantic closet, walk in shower, his/her sinks, separate "potty" room. The master bedroom is on the left side of the house to add a little privacy. On the right side of the house are the other 2 bedrooms that share a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other bedroom, the 'kids' room has a bunk bed. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full size mattress. The living room is big enough to toss a few air mattresses down for extra kids.

cleaning Fee $75. A Refundable Deposit of $300 Required To Hold Reservation.
Winter... $1100/mo plus utilities. Book by October 15th and the utilites will be
waived. Book 3 months and the 4th month is half price!
Deposit Will Be Refunded 7-10 After Inspection of the House.
