Not only does this house flaunt ocean views from three bedrooms, one is greeted by the salty sea breezes as you walk the "path of paradise" nestled between the dunes several feet to Nantucket Sound. Whether inside in the bright, dune front family/living room or outside on one of the two patios ( one is enclosed with barbeque grill and picnic table..or other with lounge chairs for soaking up the sun), you are always within earshot of the rolling waves hitting the private beach several feet from the house.
Families find fun and entertainment for every age nearby. Ferry trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, whale watches out of Provincetown, seal cruises in Chatham, Museum of Natural History in Brewster, the Oceanographic Institute in Woodshole to name a few visitor delights. And the town of Dennis itself plays host to everything from the historic Cape Cinema Theatre and Playhouse, fine dining, outdoor clam and lobster feasts, quaint shopping haunts, miniature golf, a flea market, bike trail, Sundae School, craft fairs, batting cages, bird watching, kite flying, kayak and canoe rentals and the famous Christmas Tree Shop.
Walks along the beach bring you to Bass River, Swan River and the historic Lighthouse Inn.
