Both have been newly remodeled with 1300 sq. ft., two-bedrooms, two-baths and comfortably sleep four adults.
Enjoy 180-degree, breath-taking mountain views from the large living room. The units have been fabulously updated and are easily accessible and located on the ground-floor with private entrances, and nearby covered parking. So much to do, so little time. Relax, watch TV/DVD, enjoy the quiet, landscaped gardens, play cards, or barbecue on your large, private patio, or take a few steps to the pool for a refreshing dip.
Cook at home in a fully-supplied, new kitchen with travertine floors, granite or corian countertops and new appliances with built-in microwaves. Units also have designer furnishings and artwork, hardwood and/or travertine floors throughout, and new area rugs.
Enjoy wonderful restaurants, shops and art galleries at the exclusive El Paseo shopping area. Often referred to as the "Rodeo Drive of the desert" it is located just four short blocks away.

The Cabazon Premium Outlets, with over 125 discount shops, is located approx. 35 minutes away. Palm Springs airport is approx. 15 minutes away and Ontario International Airport is 1 hour.
All this for only $2500 a month during high season (Dec-March) and much less the rest of the year. Please note, this is a quaint and exclusive complex of only 27 private, ground floor units on four lovely acres. Both units have large covered patios with wonderful mountain views. It is a very quiet, mostly senior oriented getaway, no smoking allowed.
