Sonny Mann here. This Shores of Panama is mind boggling. It isn’t just that you’re a few feet from from Panama City's famous white beaches. It’s that they’ve got a 20,000 sq. ft. Gulf-front lagoon pool that looks just like the gulf. And it’s complete with fountains, bridges and other cool stuff. When they talk about luxury in Panama City Beach, this is what they mean. It’s like right out of the Mediterranean and it’s got 468 ft. of gulf frontage. There’s two tiki bars, an indoor spa with sauna and steam room, a kids electronic game room and more:
•Large heated indoor pool • State of the art fitness centers with health bar •18,000 square foot pool with fountains and recreation features that faces the Gulf •Concierge services •Lagoon pool bridges •Video bank •Indoor spa, sauna, & steam room •Party & media room •Exotic landscaping
When you’re done with fun in the sun, there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) It’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillards, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex. All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere. And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
You’re also close to Fred Brown park, where youth athletic tournaments are often staged throughout the year.
Shores of Panama is a place that you’ll enjoy calling your vacation place year after year. Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man is this place big! It isn’t just big, it’s bea-u-ti-ful. It’s got really interesting décor. Tommy Bahama Cool. It feels like the tropical outside’s been brought inside. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
The MASTER BEDROOM got a king size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Kind of tropical. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package.
There’s also a kid-friendly bunk area that’s got room for sleeping and playing.
The KITCHEN’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family Wow! There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 1.5 baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Shores of Panama. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
This is where the fun starts!
