Brand new in 2008, five star quality, 6,400 square-foot Villa, located less than 150 yards from beautiful Cofresi Beach. This newly constructed villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and can comfortably sleep 14-16 persons. Each bedroom has it’s own balcony overlooking the serene cove, and sandy beach below. The first floor bedrooms are handicapped accessible.
Built as the perfect retreat for couples or large families as well, great attention has been taken to detail. Keeping families in mind, the villa was designed with two family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with its own large flat screen TV. Safety gates guard the stairways as well as access to the private pool. The large pool (34 ft-15 ft) has it’s own waterfall, and shallow child’s pool.
To make sure you have the perfect vacation, the villa comes fully staffed, which means that all of the cooking, cleaning and laundry is done for you.

My wife and I built the Villa in Cofresi after we vacationed there with our adult children and grandchildren. We really like the Dominican people are very nice, the country is still very underdeveloped. It's easy to get to with lots of flights from the US and Europe. This is an perfect spot for families looking for an affordable Carribean getaway.
