    The location to the area and all the attractions, fine food and restaurants, would go back to this house any time.

    We just returned home from a fantastic two weeks in Florida, the first in Lake Buena Vista and the second at Villa Abuelos. The weather was fantastic both weeks, but it was topped by the warm accomodations in Cape Coral. A couple of minor glitches with the pool/spa heating system and the grill were quickly resolved by Chuck allowing us to spend most of our stay right there at Villa Abuelos swimming, sunning, and watching the turtles in the canal with our daughter, son-in-law, and our 14 month old grandson. What a joy it was. The home was roomy yet cozy, quiet yet close enough to good restaurants and activities to make it an ideal location to spend our vacation. We had a wonderful time and hope to return one of these days. Don & Jackie (plus Arika, Chris, and Zeke)

    What a great find. We are four senior golfers who wanted time in the sunshine, a nice place to stay, and a variety of golf courses within a short driving distance. Villa Abuelos was the perfect fit for our needs - four bedrooms, a nice pool and hot-tub (spa), an outdoor area to enjoy and a grill for dinner. It's all there, and in excellent condition. The big screen TV helped as did the well stocked kitchen. We found some nearby restaurants and many very good golf courses. There is a good chance we will come back next year. Thanks.

    From the moment we entered the house, we felt that our vacation had begun - such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Villa Abuelos is a beautiful house with everything a family needs - enough space, a quiet location, and an awsome pool and spa. Thank you so much for heating it before we arrived!! The house is provided with everything, we even found toys and dvds for the kids as well as a big cooler for the beach. We made great trips to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers, and could relax on the beautiful porch overlooking the canal (unfortunately we did not see the alligator - but many turtles), using the grill a lot. Actually the listing pictures do not convey how nice Villa Abuelos is - plus, it was clean and the communication with the owner was perfect and reliable from the very first contact. We can truly recommend this property and hope to come back some day!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

    Our family of nine (kids and grandkids) thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Abuelos. From the moment we opened the front door we felt right at home. The grandchildren loved the heated pool and the adults-the spa. These amenities certainly helped us forget the "unFlorida-like" temperatures. The house was spotless, and family-friendly. Chuck certainly made himself available for any questions we had. All in all, a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

    I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Abuelos. The house was awesome and spacious. After spending the days sightseeing it was nice to come back and relax in the pool and hot tub. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

    After spending one week in Orlando, we arrived at Villa Abuelos. Everything was clean and nice and the house has everything you need when you are on vacation. We used the house as base for daily trips to Fort Meyers, Naples, Bonita Beach and the beautyful islands Sanibel and Captiva. We had some very nice days in Cape Coal and enjoyed coming home to the pool at night. We give your house 5 stars out of 5 ;:) Best regards from to families from Denmark.

    What to say about Villa Abuelos.. ALL I CAN SAY IS, PARADISE! I've been all over the US, stayed in LOTS of rentals, and NEVER have I been so HAPPY! The pool and spa are WONDERFUL.. Everything You would need is right there, and You will probably never find such "SWEET PEOPLE" to rent from!! If You want to rent a Vacation Home THIS IS THE ONE!! Take it from People who run a Property Management Company (My Husband, in Michigan) , Villa Abuelos is PARADISE!! Thanks SO Much, We will be back for sure!! Dennis & Robin Smith~

    March 30, 2009 - My husband & I and another couple just spent a wonderful vacation here. We spent a week in this fully equiped beautiful home on the fresh water canal - even saw an alligator! The pool & spa are great - next time we plan to stay longer. This property is better than the write up - I would recommend to all -

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    Our month stay at Villa Abuelos was wonderful !! This was our first experience at renting property in Florida during the winter. Accomodations were not lacking in any way. We plan to return next year.

    We had a most enjoyable stay at your home in Cape Coral. In addition to all the obvious amenities, we also gave the tandem bike a workout! The neighborhood and suroundings were quite nice. Thank you.

    My family and I stayed in this wonderful vacation home for Christmas 2008. We spent 1 week, and enjoyed every minute. It is a peaceful home with pool and hot tub. We recommend this home to any family. We had 4 adults and 4 children and fit very comfortably in this. We have rented a few vacation homes in the past and this was by far the best!

    Villa Abuelos offered us a fantastic vacation place. The accommodations were perfect. Seven of us spent a very relaxed vacation with extended family. The pool and spa were wonderful. So relaxing in the morning and then again at night after winding down from a long day of activities. Thank you for the perfect vacation place. Chris
