This community of luxury condo's is located directly across from the Fountain Park. Our ground level, 1,850 sq.ft. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath, Den (with sofa bed), Living Room, Fireplace, Gourmet kitchen, Heated Community Pool and Spa, "five years new", gated, luxury condo offers alot for the money. Referred to as the "World's Tallest Fountain" it brings visitors from all over the globe. This small community has big mountain views and is surround by Red Rock Mtn, Four Peaks Mtn, McDowell Mtn and the world famous Superstition Mtns. The Fountain Festival in November and The Great Fair in February offer more than 400 artists and artisans, hot air balloon races, food and music with free admission. November and March bring "Concerts in the Park" which showcase such music as Jazz, Country, Big Band and Contemporary. Although Scottsdale and the Valley are just a short 15 min to 30 min drive away they seem a world away from this quaint Town of Fountain Hills.

To the North "Sedona" voted one of the most beautiful places America is only a 1 hour drive. Sedona visitors can spend the day hiking, flying in a hot air balloon, horseback riding or taking a Jeep ride and exploring the back roads of this enchanted and scenic town. The designated scenic highway is the first part of a day trip to nearby Grand Canyon.
To the South near Tucson (2 hour drive) is the real Old West. Tombstone, the site of the real-life "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral" and where countless Hollywood movies have been filmed. Come and see how the pioneers lived. Reminders of the untamed frontier-the railroad depots and mines, saloons, jails, gunslingers, and dance-hall singers can be found in real towns throughout Southern Arizona.

We are both very lucky to work and live in this wonderful community. We come from very, very large families and enjoy family get togethers. Being a native and 35 year resident of Fountain Hills Iam sure I can help you with any questions about our fantastic town and of course Arizona. Awesome and marvelous, this is how we will describe our stay. The condo has all one needs to enjoy the warm weather of the valley. We invited our family and friends on our two months (January 1 to Feb 28th) stay in Fountain Hills. We cooked, swam in the warm pool, hosted parties, walked, shopped, travelled around Arizona and New Mexico and eat in best restaurants, photographed the desert beauty (we are not a golfers)and used the well stacked library next door. Big Thank You to Barb. We may Come back
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

We occupied this unit for the month of Oct and experienced a very enjoyable and restful stay. It's a fantastic location - we walked around the lake almost every night and were frequent customers to nearby restaurants. "Everyone" in Fountain Hills treated us as if we were long lost friends. The unit was extremely clean and equiped with everything we required, and then some. We didn't have to bring a thing - except our clothes. The owners were very responsive during the reservation and closing process and were available if needed. We would definitely reserve this unit again if and when we have time to return to this marvelous location.

Loved the proximity to Town Center, we walked all over the place. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking untensils. Fireplace was wonderful in the mornings and the "Welcome Cooler" was a very nice touch and we used it on our hikes in the desert. All in all....of all the condos we have stayed in, this is our favorite !!!

Without exception, this large 1st floor beautiful condo is nicely appointed, very comfortable, extremely quiet & conveniently located. Direct entry from the 2-car garage was really nice. Likewise, the grounds are very clean and nicely landscaped. The nearby oversize pool was a welcome delight after a morning of hiking & offered plenty of room to quietly stretch out in the sun. We loved walking to the library, local shops and the lake with its fountain & walking path. The owner lives in the area and is very gracious and accommodating. With the desert to the east, Scottsdale to the west, no high-rise buildings, large quiet streets, upscale homes with attractive/colorful landscaping,and beautiful lake/park, Fountain Hills offers a very comfortable and scenic vacation-land feeling. A thank you to the Russo's for helping to make it all happen.

We were very pleased with the condo and had a wonderful month. Really enjoyed the cleanliness, furnishings, roominess, TV in each bedroom, internet connection, proximity to pool, library, park, and restaurants. The gift basket upon our arrival was great and sustained us until we were able to grocery shop. Just could not find anything wrong.
