This lovely home is located on the Punta Estero Pennisula in a entry guarded community.
The house fronts on a beautiful 5 mile white sandy beach and backs up to the Estero Bay. The water is shallow and is perfect for swimming, skim boarding, boogie boarding and novice surfing. Under the Palapa (Permanent palm umbrella) you can have your morning coffee while the kids play on the beach building sand castles and shell collecting. If you watch closely you will see pods of dolphins and families of seals swimming by.
There are many amenities close by such as golfing, horseback riding shopping and restaurants. If you like water sports you can rent wave runners and boats at Estero Beach 20 minutes towards Ensenada or launch your own water craft on the Estero Bay behind the house. If you want to go shopping La Bufadora is a wonderful place to find the perfect gift and have lunch or dinner while your there. It is also has a special water geyser attraction that shouldn't be missed. This town is located only 15 minutes North of Punta Banda.
