This new luxury Holiday Isle Condo on Dauphin Island is accessible by a bridge. It is directly on the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with sugar white sand beaches. The condo is only a year old and all of the amenities are first class. The large out door pool is partially shaded which is ideal for the little ones to get a break from the sun. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are heated with the sauna and steam room near by. The work out area overlooks the Gulf and has state-of-the-art equipment.
This unit is on the third floor so you have an unobstructed view of the beach and water. The parking garage is 3 stories so you can park a few steps from the unit so there are no steps or elevators to worry about transporting luggage or groceries to the condo. The tennis court is also on the third level.
The island offers miles of uncrowded beach to walk on or swim in. Crabbing is great. Fish from the beach for speckle trout, ponpano, or flounder. Watch the porpoises and shrimp boats go by. The seafood market will supply you with the freshest shrimp, crab meat, and fish for you to cook in your well equipped kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances. You don't want to cook? Then visit the local restaurants.
Mobile is only 40 minutes away with historic sites, great museums, Mardi Gras in the Spring, shopping, baseball and many golf courses.
There is a ferry minutes away that will take you to Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores or shopping at the outlets in Foley. Then return to our wonderful, quiet island, no traffic, no traffic lights!
There are so many things to so on the island such as the Sea Lab, fresh and salt water charter boats, estuarium, golf course, airport
for small planes, shore fishing and crabbing. Bring your bike or rent one across the street for use on the 7 mile bike path to the west and east end of the island.
Or do absolutely nothing but relax on the large balcony or by the pool. Feel the Gulf breeze and hear the waves roll in. You will want to stay forever. |
