We had a great stay at this sweet cozy home. The bed was comfy, the location ideal, house stocked with everything we needed. Amazing yard, with a great hammock. Nice patio furniture too. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband, one-year-old son and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this house. It was a great location because we were able to easily walk to town or to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio and having dinner outside each night. The kitchen is well-equipped so we were able to cook most meals at home after visiting the local farmers' markets or fish markets. The owner was pleasant to work with and was eager to accommodate us.Recommended for: Families with young children.

This property was just what we needed for our short vacation in Montauk. It was quiet and peaceful, and the backyard was delightful. The deer were fun to watch while we had a cocktail on the patio after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower was also a treat as was the clean and efficient kitchen. The owner was friendly and cooperative, a real plus for us.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
