This is a beautiful, quiet and relaxed 2 bedroom 2 and one half bath townhome that is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. This townhome has been our family vacation retreat for over 15 years and we have loved every minute of staying here. The floor plan is bright, open and relaxing and perfect for a family get together. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with all of the comforts of home.
Located just outside of the Sea Pines Gate in South Forest Beach our villa is in the perfect location! The pool is just out back, there are FREE onsite tennis courts and the beach is literally 300 yards away down a relaxing and beautiful nature trail.
We welcome you and your family to come and enjoy the place we have called home away from home for many years. We assure you that the location of being close to Sea Pines with Harbourtown and South Beach Marina and an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza's shops and restaurants is ideal for your vacation getaway.

We chose Ocean Gate Villas becasue of the near ocean proximity, close to Sea Pines and Coligny Beach and also because there were so few properties in a complex that has its own pool AND tennis courts!

My daughter and I have been coming to Hilton Head Island ever since she was a little girl. We have enjoyed so many wonderful memories here on thie beautiful island. We have owned this property for some time now and have taken especially good care of our home away from home.
